I work at a local carp business, and I needed a key made for my roof rack for my car. I called Ricky and he told me that he wasn't always in the office (and wouldn't be in the office when I got off work) but he was in fact on his way past my office soon. Instead of having to go to him, I just came out of my office after he texted me he was there, he made me my key, and I was back at my desk faster than if I had taken a bathroom break. It is so nice to have a locksmith who has a shop here in town. I have found Rickey to be very knowledgeable, professional and polite. He changed out three locks for me over the course of two weeks.
