There were a few stains he couldn't get out and he warned me they would be difficult based on the colors(red- kool aid, purple- play doh, orange- water stain from cabinet). They were on time and did my entire house in a little over two hours. We let the carpet dry for about 24 hours even though four hours was recommended. My carpets are crisp like they were just installed. We had the antibacterial rinse done and I feel the carpet are cleaner than they have ever been. Jeff got right to work and did a fabulous job. Setting up an appointment was very seamless, they were very responsive to my questions (since we had never gone through a professional carpet cleaning before) and I was able to schedule an appointment with them in less than 10 mins. We contacted Jeff as we were moving out of our house and new carpets were going to cost thousands but more importantly delay when we could put the house on the market. What's more the new carpet the realtor/stager suggested would have been several grades below the old carpet which didn't make a lot of sense to us. Jeff came out and gave us a great quote on the basis that this was really an experiment to see if the old carpet could be restored. It really worked.
