Jason returned my call almost immediately and was even willing to fit me in that same day. I needed time to pull the rug out from under my heavy bed and wanted to do some spot cleaning first, so we scheduled for a few days later. He arrived right on time and was upfront over the phone that he might not be able to fully restore the rug, which I appreciated. I had already done some spot cleaning, and after laying a plastic tarp on my patio, he cleaned the rug outside. When he was finished, it looked fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the quality of his work, his professionalism, or his pricing. I asked for a quote on the carpets $220 which seemed like a great deal and then asked about including the furniture. I mistakenly thought the second quote provided $260 was for the total amount for both cleanings and not two separate quotes. So I definitely spent more than I had planned $480, but that was my mistake for not clarifying. My carpets and furniture were horrible! Our entry way was beat up bad, and furniture had so many spill stains. I won't post pics as it's embarrassing! After every service, it is a chore to literally tidy up after them. Every item is displaced and not put back in its original place. There is always a surprise of a broken or fallen item at the end of their service. So far, they have ruined my expensive curtain rings, pulled a curtain rod to the ground, ruined an expensive cast iron pan by placing it in a wet sink (the pan is now completely rusted), dropped an expensive artwork that was resting on my dresser, behind it and then have the audacity to just up and leave without informing anyone in the house about these issues. They claimed to "do the bed" if we provided them with sheets on the first service. I have seen 5 year olds make their bed better than they do. After such incompetent service, they have the gall to increase prices on us too. They also randomly change the scheduled time of appointments on you and it takes calling and fighting with the owner to get the schedule you had originally asked for. Save your time, money and valuable items. Don't hire them!
