Due to poor workmanship, we were forced to empty and refill the pool three times at our own expense, and there is still unfinished plaster work remaining. Communication was also a major issue -- he would disappear for days at a time with no updates while the project sat untouched. Even more concerning was the complete lack of accountability. Every issue was blamed on subcontractors he hired, and instead of taking responsibility, we were asked to "give him a break" because he is young and inexperienced. At this point, due to delays, ongoing issues, and repeated out-of-pocket costs, we are pursuing legal counsel. We strongly caution others before working with this company.

The team from Lux, from receptionist (Janet) to owner (Billy), they have been quick and professional in addressing the issue. No judging just addressing the issue. I was having a concern insuring that the filter "freeze protection" was com ing on. Rich came out and found the system was operating correctly. He then checked the hardware and found there was a sensor that could be better positioned. instead of putting in a work order to have it moved he went and got a replacement part and had everything resolved within an hour.
