When it was time to do the installation, Angie called to set our appointments and give us reminders to make sure that we were ready. They were on time and worked quickly and neatly. Everyone on their staff was very friendly and courteous. They left our property in very good shape and were very respectful with our property and did minimal damage considering the amount of digging and work that went on. After the pool installation, Michael's team came in to do the concrete. They were very professional and did a great job!

From the start, Melissa's attitude made it clear our business wasn't welcome. My wife had brought our official plot plan -- an actual surveyed document of our property -- and was told Melissa "couldn't even talk to her" unless she also had photos of the yard. Not asked for additional info -- told she couldn't proceed at all, despite having the more precise and useful document in hand. My wife called me on the phone during the appointment, and Melissa's rude tone came through clearly even secondhand. I told her directly: based on how she was speaking to my wife, it was obvious she didn't actually want our business. She didn't disagree. Instead she hung up on me. If this is the level of customer service you get just trying to give this company money, I can't imagine what happens once you're a paying customer stuck in a contract with them. Between this experience and the pattern of complaints I've since found from other customers -- surprise fees, contract disputes, and allegations of scrubbed reviews -- we're taking our project elsewhere. Save yourself the wasted trip.

We weren't aware we needed one and there was a sign posted that said walk ins welcome. He left us to wander the store on our own and didn't come over to ask if we had questions or pay us any attention at all really. We asked to take home a couple of samples. He gave us a business card. After a few days, I contacted him to set up a measurement appointment. He came out and did the measurements and said he'd get back to me the next day with a quote. I waited, but didn't receive the email he'd said he would send. A day or so later, I missed a call from him while working. I returned his call that afternoon, but got no response. I tried twice the next day with no results. I decided to wait until today while I wasn't working to try once more. I left voicemails every time I called. I left one this morning and got no response by their closing time today. I'm through trying to give them any business. There are too many other places to go where I would hope we'd be treated in a more considerate manner.

They even moved the furniture for us! (Please keep in mind we still had to prepare by removing all the small personal belongings) but they moved the heavy stuff! The managers even came out to make sure the correct flooring had been delivered and supervised the guys getting started! They completed a large living room, dining room & large Master bedroom in two days! Wow! Planning to do the guest rooms down the road and you can bet I'm calling these guys!

I would not hire Boswells Pool Plastering and Restoration again…read more We spent a significant amount of money to have our pool refinished and have dealt with problems with the plaster surface for more than two years. We paid for an additional corrective treatment, went through multiple attempts to fix the problem, and have now drained and refilled the pool three times. The problem keeps returning, and the finish is noticeably less vibrant after the corrective treatments. What has been equally disappointing is how Anthony handled the problem. He became dismissive and argumentative, brushed off our concerns, and has been difficult to get responses from. He blamed water chemistry, despite our pool being professionally maintained, but never provided a technical evaluation establishing that as the cause. After more than two years, multiple corrective attempts, additional expense and considerable inconvenience, the problem is still unresolved. Our latest request for help, sent in August, has gone unanswered. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Boswells Pool Plastering and Restoration.

I realize it's not a big job, but if they could help me with that - who knows where it could lead to. At first the gal at the front desk was very helpful along with Gary. Long story short, waited to hear from them after about 3 weeks - nothing. So I called and spoke with the gal at the front desk (sorry can't remember her name). She remembered they were going to get a sample, couldn't find it - was going to call me back. Well here we are - no call, not even a "we are checking on it", etc. So obviously I will have to find someone else to help - they have lost any future business and/or referrals from me. I know it wasn't a big job but obviously there is no customer care there anyway. Their loss!
