Purchased a tree and 3 shrubs from Evergreen Nursery on Joe White Ave in Myrtle Beach one week ago…read more Set up an appointment to have them planted in my yard for today Tuesday 7/22 Was told I would receive a call the day before to confirm arrival time today I had other workers here at my home for 3 days preparing the planting site which I paid out of my pocket as it had nothing to do with his job, so it would be ready when his crew arrived No call ever came, Tried calling the Nursery and their phone kept disconnecting I drove 35 minutes to the Nursery to see why I had not received the promised call and make sure they were still showing up to plant the items today I was told by the 2 young ladies working there that last night Wade ( the business owner ) informed them the planting crew was not going to make any of the 3 scheduled plantings today, cancelled tomorrows plantings and Thursdays jobs as he had a bigger job to do and needed the laborers to take care of that job before he could get to the promised installs. He obviously went for the bigger payday at the expense of all the scheduled jobs that were arranged beforehand. He did not even call any of the waiting customers to inform them their job was cancelled for the time being and maybe next week he could take care of them He left it up to 2 very young college girls to clean up his mess as they said he has done many times before . I cancelled my order as i refuse to give a horrible businessman my money for such terrible service I have read some of the reviews left on different sites and this seems to be a common practice with this guy I wish I had read them before I purchased from his Nursery. Due to poor workmanship, we were forced to empty and refill the pool three times at our own expense, and there is still unfinished plaster work remaining. Communication was also a major issue -- he would disappear for days at a time with no updates while the project sat untouched. Even more concerning was the complete lack of accountability. Every issue was blamed on subcontractors he hired, and instead of taking responsibility, we were asked to "give him a break" because he is young and inexperienced. At this point, due to delays, ongoing issues, and repeated out-of-pocket costs, we are pursuing legal counsel. We strongly caution others before working with this company.

You approved the installed grey stone (which we have pictures of). 3) I do recall re- Staining your concrete deck FREE OF CHARGE due to an unsatisfactory color stain chosen by YOU, we try to surpass our customers satisfactory needs every single time...
