I had a leak from one of the pvc pipes which Lou promptly figured out what the problem was, and cleaned out the green algae in the pool as well. By the time he was finished, the leak was fixed and the pool was crystal clear again. October 5, 2021 We were told "looking at the end of November before we can start" February 17, 2022 Construction on pool started with a timeline per "Renu's paperwork Rules, Regulations, and what to expect" of 8 to 10 weeks. April 11, 2022 Long plumbing and tile work done. April 18, 2022 we were told our pool should be completed mid May to the end of May. April 27, 2022 backfilled the plumbing. May 3, 2022 told us working to get the pool finished by the end of the month. May 4, 2022 Deck bonding May 25, 2022 Concrete decking formed June 10, 2022 Concrete decking poured. June 20, 2022 Physically went to Renu's office since they would not reply to emails, hand delivered letters or phone calls for the schedule for our pool. Stephanie's reply was "I don't know, you tell me?" Stephanie became furious and yelled at me and stated she is tired of telling me the same thing over and over again and accused me of having people harass her daughter on Facebook. I followed up this visit with an email of the account of all that happened and what was said stating "neither myself or my wife WOULD NEVER, EVER OR HAVE WE EVER ASKED ANYONE TO CALL, MESSAGE OR HARASS YOU OR YOUR DAUGHTER!!" We asked for proof of that because that was absolutely ridiculous and not true. I continued in my email to say "We continue to be disappointed in the lack or progress, communication and our pool being completed. When we signed our contract it stated the pool would take 8 to 10 weeks. In two days we will be on week 18 and still in need of plaster, waterfall, pool equipment installed and running. In good faith and trust we have paid you $41,070.20 with a balance of $365.00. At the very least, you could keep us updated weekly as well as respond to correspondence when sent...we received no response to that email." August 5, 2022 Pool plastered August 7, 2022 We were threatened Renu would sue us for slander if one more person commented that our pool was taking 9 months to complete. I responded "I have never said our pool has taken 9 months to complete. I have never said your name in any pictures I've posted. I've never asked or encouraged anyone to comment/post anything on your page"....we received no response to that email. The worst part of this was not receiving a reply to our emails and phone calls for updates to know where we were in the process. The lack of communication was frustrating and made us question if they would finish our pool. As of this post they still owe me a hose for cleaning the pool and a shovel I'm hoping was taken by mistake.

So we scheduled for Thursday. Mike arrived and was polite and professional. He inspected the door and provided me with multiple options. Since my wife wasn't here to stop me, I went with the top option. (Better to ask for forgiveness than permission) Mike installed all new parts, including a new motor, interior pad, and exteriors pad with code. He was efficient, and had everything repaired and replaced in a little over an hour. Then he walked me through the new system. Explaining everything, including the Warranty. He cleaned up everything before he presented the bill. The new system is quieter and smoother than the original. It was not inexpensive. But quality work never isI am hoping it last just as long as the original, which was (9) years. If not longer. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone who may need garage door service.

Recently, one section of the concrete coping developed a large crack and some of the wall tiles below the crack fell off and needed to be replaced. Pools Plus evaluated the problem and fixed the issues over the next 3 weeks. The best part is that they took responsibility for the issue and charged nothing for the repair. After nearly a year looking and estimated 6k worth of work I found Aquatic Technologies. Tony and his crew gave me an estimate and we planned a date to start the work. Tony was on time and kept in touch with me when there were changes in what we needed to repair and for scheduling. He also saved our original tile, piecing spots back together and re-grouting it. I am beyond happy with his work and if you don't want to keep replacing liners or paying the high price to restore concrete, give Aquatic Technologies a call.

Well when someone tells you a price includes installation my understanding of that means the labor to install that part is included. Mike first arrived at 12:46 PM to diagnose the problem and was done and pulling away from the site by 4:33 PM so from start to finish he was on site for three hours and 47 minutes and there is proof on camera footage. Mike then proceeded to turn around and bill for 4 hours of labor in addition to the overinflated price of the part. So how was the installation included in the part price? Double billed for labor, did additional work without letting the homeowner know the cost, then makes false threatening posts online that he didn't get paid making him look like some sort of victim when he did get paid but his shady double charging was questioned. About three years ago Mike was great I guess times got tough and he started taking advantage of people thinking they didn't know any better. If you're going to use him, read his bills, he will overcharge you.
