I had a leak from one of the pvc pipes which Lou promptly figured out what the problem was, and cleaned out the green algae in the pool as well. By the time he was finished, the leak was fixed and the pool was crystal clear again. He's extremely friendly, knowledgeable, as well as affordable, and offered tips on how to properly maintain the pool before he left. Don't hesitate to call him. You'll get a response (unlike alot of the other places around), and the issue will get fixed, as Lou not only does maintenance, he does repair as well. I'll be calling him again if/ when I need him. October 5, 2021 We were told "looking at the end of November before we can start" February 17, 2022 Construction on pool started with a timeline per "Renu's paperwork Rules, Regulations, and what to expect" of 8 to 10 weeks. April 11, 2022 Long plumbing and tile work done. April 18, 2022 we were told our pool should be completed mid May to the end of May. April 27, 2022 backfilled the plumbing. May 3, 2022 told us working to get the pool finished by the end of the month. May 4, 2022 Deck bonding May 25, 2022 Concrete decking formed June 10, 2022 Concrete decking poured. June 20, 2022 Physically went to Renu's office since they would not reply to emails, hand delivered letters or phone calls for the schedule for our pool. Stephanie's reply was "I don't know, you tell me?" Stephanie became furious and yelled at me and stated she is tired of telling me the same thing over and over again and accused me of having people harass her daughter on Facebook. I followed up this visit with an email of the account of all that happened and what was said stating "neither myself or my wife WOULD NEVER, EVER OR HAVE WE EVER ASKED ANYONE TO CALL, MESSAGE OR HARASS YOU OR YOUR DAUGHTER!!" We asked for proof of that because that was absolutely ridiculous and not true. I continued in my email to say "We continue to be disappointed in the lack or progress, communication and our pool being completed. When we signed our contract it stated the pool would take 8 to 10 weeks. In two days we will be on week 18 and still in need of plaster, waterfall, pool equipment installed and running. In good faith and trust we have paid you $41,070.20 with a balance of $365.00. At the very least, you could keep us updated weekly as well as respond to correspondence when sent...we received no response to that email." August 5, 2022 Pool plastered August 7, 2022 We were threatened Renu would sue us for slander if one more person commented that our pool was taking 9 months to complete. I responded "I have never said our pool has taken 9 months to complete. I have never said your name in any pictures I've posted. I've never asked or encouraged anyone to comment/post anything on your page"....we received no response to that email. The worst part of this was not receiving a reply to our emails and phone calls for updates to know where we were in the process. The lack of communication was frustrating and made us question if they would finish our pool. As of this post they still owe me a hose for cleaning the pool and a shovel I'm hoping was taken by mistake.
