The team from Lux, from receptionist (Janet) to owner (Billy), they have been quick and professional in addressing the issue. No judging just addressing the issue. I was having a concern insuring that the filter "freeze protection" was com ing on. Rich came out and found the system was operating correctly. He then checked the hardware and found there was a sensor that could be better positioned. instead of putting in a work order to have it moved he went and got a replacement part and had everything resolved within an hour.

We also met with others who had used pool plus to install their pools. The installation was more difficult than anticipated because of a very high water table on our property. Pools Plus took the extra effort to overcome that issue. We have enjoyed our pool over the last 3 years and routinely receive compliments. Recently, one section of the concrete coping developed a large crack and some of the wall tiles below the crack fell off and needed to be replaced. Pools Plus evaluated the problem and fixed the issues over the next 3 weeks. The best part is that they took responsibility for the issue and charged nothing for the repair. Hard to find that kind of service today.

The office people are freaking thugs they'd argue ,scream at you and hang up on you... 4- When ya sign the contract ,do not agree to arbitration only, ya can not forfeit ur right to sue ,cant stress this enough,They'd Freaking damage your house Call their bluff and walk away . Mike was incredibly thorough with equipment installation and all that we needed to know to ensure we ran the equipment as it should be run. Additionally, when we had an issue with the pool, not pumping properly and we could not reach our pool contractor, Mike came out to the house within 15 minutes to help diagnose and solve the issue. In the future if we need any type of maintenance on our pool equipment, we will definitely be calling Skeeter again.

Well when someone tells you a price includes installation my understanding of that means the labor to install that part is included. Mike first arrived at 12:46 PM to diagnose the problem and was done and pulling away from the site by 4:33 PM so from start to finish he was on site for three hours and 47 minutes and there is proof on camera footage. Mike then proceeded to turn around and bill for 4 hours of labor in addition to the overinflated price of the part. So how was the installation included in the part price? Double billed for labor, did additional work without letting the homeowner know the cost, then makes false threatening posts online that he didn't get paid making him look like some sort of victim when he did get paid but his shady double charging was questioned. About three years ago Mike was great I guess times got tough and he started taking advantage of people thinking they didn't know any better. If you're going to use him, read his bills, he will overcharge you.

Turns out it's both! The previous home owners had a fiberglass liner put in over the concrete and basically no one does that anymore! After nearly a year looking and estimated 6k worth of work I found Aquatic Technologies. Tony and his crew gave me an estimate and we planned a date to start the work. Tony was on time and kept in touch with me when there were changes in what we needed to repair and for scheduling. He also saved our original tile, piecing spots back together and re-grouting it. I am beyond happy with his work and if you don't want to keep replacing liners or paying the high price to restore concrete, give Aquatic Technologies a call.
