On the call, I specifically asked about pricing. I was told a clogged toilet would be $150-$175 and a main line would be $350. The person who answers the phone, Kenny, was rude throughout the process. I repeatedly told him that if any additional work was needed or if the cost was going to increase, I needed to be notified first, and I also requested before-and-after photos. Despite that, I was unexpectedly billed $450. Kenny later claimed there was "extra work because the drain was outside," even though there were no updates or approvals requested while the tech was onsite. The two photos I received showed nothing useful. Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience. Poor communication, surprise charges, and rude customer service. I do not recommend working with this company.
