He had to change to 12:15PM the day before, so I agreed. Once here, he put together everything, but I was a bit worried with him carrying heavy parts of the furniture down the steps because he is a bit older and doesn't seem to be in the best shape. I didn't want him to fall going down the steps. He put everything together and it all looked good. He quickly left after I payed.

During the week he was here, I also asked him to fix a broken wooden step out front and install a new outdoor light, both of which he did without flinching. He also replaced an old smoke alarm on his own accord, which went above and beyond. His quote was completely reasonable and affordable. He finished the job a few days early and slightly under budget. He and his team did a tremendous job! The work looks amazing. I want to add that James was amazing from the beginning - I found him through the Home Depot search engine. He called me within 5 minutes of me doing the search! This speaks to his responsiveness. He always replied to calls or emails in a timely manner. Well, that deadline passed forcing a second call. Again, apologies which prompted me to ask if Alem could manage to do the job on Saturday morning. Response: YES. Alem did show up a tad late but at this point I didn't care. He installed the window A/C and briefed me on basic operation noting that extra water drain plugs were provided and how to replace same. His work was great but I was disappointed in his lack of business sensitivity for jerking me around for a whole Friday, Overall on a scale of 1-10 I'd award a 6.
