We were in Trig shopping and just casually mentioned that we had an issue with our American Leather couch that we had purchased years earlier from BB. Ryan immediately offered to help without being asked and over the next few weeks and months he worked to help us get a satisfactory resolution, even though we were outside the warranty. And he also coordinated with a third-party furniture restoration shop to get a quote on work for us and operated as our go-between. Throughout he was proactive and fantastic with his communication. We would not hesitate to buy from Trig Modern the next time we are looking for anything for our home and it will be our first stop when we shop.

After a dormant winter season it was time to wake up the sprinkler system, and as seems to be typical ... there were problems. April 12, 2022:…read more Probably the best experience we have ever had buying furniture. We heard about Mission Bungalow from our good Ole Pal GOOGLE, after typing in the search bar, "furniture stores near me", while sitting outside Raleigh Raw Juice Bar & Cafe, eating our sushi burrito and drinking our berry smoothie. Upon completion of our lunch, Google maps, without fail, guided us to Mission Bungalow's exact location. After walking into the store, we were immediately greeted by Mark, the owner. We let Mark know that we had been doing some minor research on bedroom sets but could not find what we wanted. After listening to us describe our style and what we wanted, he began to show us their gallery. Mark was extremely kind and patient with us, especially since our indecisiveness and ADHD was in full swing, going out of his way to make sure we had what we were looking for and explaining all the different designs and styles, especially with the different woods and stains. He was straight forward and honest with the time frame at which products are being delivered and when we would expect our new furniture. We were definitely there past closing time, and really appreciated the time Mark gave us. Mission Bungalow is true to their word.

I have no idea what's going on but I received absolutely no customer service in regards to this matter and still have not received my order. It does seem a little strange and leaves one to wonder how in the world they are able to survive with competition from big chain stores. We've passed this place for years but in a desperate 3-year search to find the perfect lighted snowman for the yard, I made a special trip to see what they had. Upon entering, I was a bit disappointed to see a small, cramped showroom with only three tall racks packed with boxed lights. I poked around a bit before noticing a darkened area through a door that said "outdoor lights." The management must have noticed my curiosity and flipped a switch. To what did my wondering eyes should appear but a huge room filled from floor to ceiling with tons of outdoor lights. They gleamed and blinked in the most beautiful way... I could nearly hear the heavens singing above me! The owner came over and was most helpful. She walked me around the gigantic room to show their various products and was more than accommodating when I made a few special requests. They carry all sorts of holiday lights, not just Christmas! She made sure each item I purchased was working properly and took the time to plug them all in. She also had one of the storeroom guys help me load my car. Overall, an excellent experience. The prices are a little high, but I was delighted to find quality items that were nowhere to be found in the chain stores. The personal customer service can't be beat.
