Talk about customer service! I reached out to several local plumbers about replacing a water pressure valve. Ronald responded almost immediately and gave me a very fair and honest quote. Ronald responded with a very reasonable flat rate to install the two toilets and haul away the existing ones. We told him when the toilets would be delivered and scheduled his services for two days later. He was on time, professional, and polite. I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater.
