We needed two toilet bowls replaced, and sent the request to via Yelp for plumbers. We got a lot of responses all wanting to charge to see the job. Ronald responded with a very reasonable flat rate to install the two toilets and haul away the existing ones. We told him when the toilets would be delivered and scheduled his services for two days later. He was on time, professional, and polite. The toilets were installed within two hours, and there was no mess or anything for me to clean up afterwards. Ronald gave us a great experience! I contacted Ronald in the late afternoon on 7/3/23 when we discovered that the shutoff valve on a toilet was leaking and subsequently discovered a drain leak under a sink in the same bathroom. Ronald answered my call and stated he could be at our house the next morning, July 4th no less, between 9-10 am. The next day, Ronald arrived on time and fixed both issues as well as replacing the tower in the toilet which also hadn't been working properly. The cost of the services performed was reasonable and the quality of the work was top notch. I plan to contact Ronald again in the near future to perform annual maintenance on our hot water heater.
