He did his thing, we had a chat, seemed like a nice guy, said he couldn't give me a quote immediately as his laptop was dead. Fair enough. Told me to expect it either over the weekend or on the Monday. No quote was forthcoming. I followed up 3 times over the next few weeks to try and get the quote. Finally, to give one last opportunity before I wrote a review, I called 2 weeks ago and was told the technician would call me back that day. Not surprisingly I heard nothing. I can only assume that the tech is assuming this job isn't worth his time as he'll make more elsewhere. Really wanted it to work out with these guys. I know a couple of guys who know the owner/manager and they have alot of good things to say about him. Unfortunately I can't even get a quote.

Legacy Plumbing has been our go-to provider for years now…read more This wee, we contacted Legacy when it appeared that our water pressure had suddenly increased. At the same time, possibly as a result, we suddenly had a leaking toilet. Corey and Tony responded. Our water pressure psi was 90, far too high. Corey replaced the valve regulating pressure, bringing it down to 60 psi, while Tony fixed the leaking toilet. They did a great job, and I would recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone needing service at a reasonable price. Joe W., Cary

Water heater replacement (discussed tankless vs. tank type), new faucet installation, middle-aged faucet repair, exterior water spigot repair, repair of amateur-installed supply lines (leading, and not up to code), analysis of mystery shower drips, locating water shutoff - for all that and more. They are on time, make sure not to leave tracks or repair mess, don't upsell, and answer questions honestly. Most recently, Corey has been great. When you want something done right, call them. (I have tried the youtube/google method - it's not worth all that time when I have to call the experts anyway!)

He was sent out to install a water heater drain line through the exterior wall of my crawlspace for a crawlspace encapsulation requirement. He quickly retrieved a few necessary items he didn't have on his truck and completed the work efficiently in about two hours. Afterwards, he walked me through the completed project and answered all of my questions. Blake showcased true professionalism, providing great peace of mind. I was all but told "unless he proves it was installed wrong, you are on your own". It honestly makes me wonder why this employee is no longer there. This company was the last company for ANYTHING out to this house. After calling him and telling him what was going on, he said he would go take a look at it to see what's going on. He pulled in the driveway and left without ever getting out of his vehicle then called me and told me that he looked at it. It was a blatant lie.
