Michael arrived and went to work. He was very friendly and explained all questions I tossed his way. He dug up the area at the end of the tank and found the PVC pipe leading out to be clogged so he probed for the distribution box and called in the team that dug it up. Once that happened they jetted the entrance pipes to the drain field and then replaced the distribution box and PVC pipes. The 2nd crew used the backhoe with great skill and the entire job took about 6-7 hours. If you need any septic repairs done, Absolute Septic really does the job well and are very knowledgeable at it. They completed work on our clients property on May 27th. The ceiling continued to leak and the seller chose to use a different plumber as they didn't fix the leak. Boone told us to provide the receipt of work and the seller's would receive a refund- over $500. The refund has not been received. I requested proof of the refund transaction and nothing has been provided, as of July 1st. Boone has now stopped responding to our request to resolve the issue. In short, I was concerned my Potable Water Tank was going to come loose due to the way it was hooked up and the fact my neighbor had theirs come crashing through their ceiling a few days prior. They also informed the corporation they would NOT be charging us for their part of the repair as they had buried the line directly across our old tanks and that was what crushed them.
