I want an explanation of what Granite Transformations thoughts were when they were informed that this was a major design flaw and that I had ZERO ideas on how to get it fixed. Unless I wanted to NOT have a bathroom door. I could cut off 2 inches from the door bottom but that would look ridiculous and not provide privacy. You were informed of your egregious design flaw and then GHOSTED ME!!! Complete door jam AND door were removed. Opening was reduced via new framing. I ordered and PAID for a completely new jam. And had a narrower door fabricated to open the other way. Then plaster work to cover the new frame, jam installed, and door hung. Massive expense and stress because Granite Transformation's design totally ignored existing door position and the clearance needed for it to be operational. You dropped the ball big time then GHOSTED me. I am still angry and extremely disappointed that you would ignore your responsibility to do whatever follow-up was needed to correct your design error.

From the initial sales call, to the measurements, to install. I let them know all along that I would be having family out to help me with the backsplash install. They called 1 hour prior to install time to tell me they would have to reschedule for next week. I let them know that was unacceptable as I had tile installers on for the next day. Ended up getting it done the next day, but everyone was quite inconsiderate during our calls. They then said they would have to come back to install the bathroom. Which was not as important to me, however, that I would need them to install the plumbing (since they had to reschedule everything. Not only did no one know that the person I had talked had promised to pay for the plumber, but the plumber never showed. After multiple calls and insistence they had someone come out "free of charge". Honestly, that meant nothing to me as the plumbing was supposed to be free. Out of 5 appointments, all 5 had to be rescheduled.

I like the compact accordion clothes dryer as it seems to take up less space. Important for tiny condo living. Maybe I will get it on my next visit.

We bought unbuilt cabinets and had a contractor family/friends do the install. they look awesome. Sophie at Pius actually drew out the cabinet plans and they came out amazing. My only negative (which doesn't effect their rating for me) is that the pick up process from their warehouse is annoying - they have one worker processing the pickups who was very unprofessional. nonetheless, can't wait to use them again.

Vlad was outstanding to work with--an excellent communicator, incredibly responsive, creative, and a true perfectionist. He suggested design improvements that made our kitchen even better than we had envisioned, and we're so glad we trusted his expertise. One of his ideas was to create decorative medallions in our back patio to replace broken tile inserts rather than simply replacing the damaged tiles. The result is stunning and has become one of our favorite features. He also suggested replacing our front entry with the same Dekton material we used in the kitchen, tying everything together beautifully. It looks absolutely fabulous. On the few occasions we chose to stick with our original plan, he graciously respected our decision and executed it perfectly.Vlad and his team took tremendous pride in their work, paid close attention to every detail, treated our home with care, and cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day.
