Wow ! Incredible service . My MIL & I called to get pedis and were given an appointment right away!! Came in and were greeted by a gentleman super friendly Tammy did my toes and she is so friendly and sweet ! I've had 4 dip manicures here over the past several months. The first was ok. The tech seemed inexperienced. The 2nd was good, but the next 2 we're awful. My manicure didn't last 2 weeks. I had read a review that mentioned roaches and I hadn't seen any so I was hopeful. This last time there was one on the sink out in the open. I can't justify going here any more. read more

Update as of 6/11/19 I had to change my review from 5 to 3 stars due to issues with the longevity of my gel manicure. My pedicure is still going strong (yay!) but my fingernails are having a rough go. Less than a week after my gel manicure, the polish has chipped and is lifting off at the cuticle edge on all my fingers. I should have just done a traditional manicure and saved myself some money. Great nail salon! Clean salon, sterilized tools for each service/ customer, and lots of colors to choose from. I got a mani/ pedi and both of my technicians were awesome. Cindy did my pedi and spent a lot of time pampering me and the paint looks awesome too! I got the coffee pedi and it is definitely worth the few extra dollars. Michael did my gel manicure and he was very detail oriented, spent extra time to make sure I was happy every step of the way. The shape of the nails, the color coverage, and temperature. They only deserve one star because the initial customer service was fine in the beginning, but they definitely do half ass service. I went here on 09/06 to get a pedicure for French tip and my total was $55 with tip included. I got black French tip and when I went outside, it appeared to be navy blue. I'm pretty sure the lady used black for the color but they used a cheap faulty top coat that turned the black blue. I went back inside and asked for a partial refund and they only offered me back my tip. They then offered to fix the nails but I was nervous that the same thing were to happen. I let them fix them, and everything was fine until I noticed how sloppy the job was when I got back home. I was not going to go back again and have them do something that they clearly can't achieve. Don't come here unless you want quick sloppy work. They are over priced for the quality they give. Never again, I will be going somewhere else. And ALSO, while I was asking for a refund they were talking in their language and clearly were speaking negatively about me. I would suggest anyone not to go here. If you're going to talk about someone or something, speak English please, so the person can understand clearly what you're saying. read more

Carmichael Nails was able to accommodate a party of 4 adults and 1 child for pedicures with very short notice. We called on Saturday afternoon looking for an appointment Sunday. They scheduled us for 930am. When we arrived that morning and they seated us all and began working on 3 of the 5 pedicures. I've been to Carmichael Nails two times. Once to get a powder dip manicure and just now for a pedicure. They are brand new, everything is super clean, great color selection, very friendly and most of all they do great work! Lisa did both services for me--I have to say the pedicure was one of the best ever! She didn't rush, made sure I was comfortable with temperatures and brought me a water--on a tray no less. This was my second visit after the first I wanted to give it another try because they did an overall good job. However I have to only give 2 starts because not even 5days later the color of my nails have changed from a nice little peach pink to yellow. This was a new brand they had just got in and open right in front of me. I was excited to try because they had so many nice colors but was so disappointed. The chairs are so nice and they have hundreds of colors to choose from in all formulas; regular, gel, dipping powder ( which I had never heard of before today). The owner is so nice and knowledgeable and I felt like he really appreciated my business. A rarity these days. Sue did my manicure and this was THE BEST manicure I've ever had and I've had many.
