I just came back today and got a fill - specifically requested for no polish because I have my family member doing it for my wedding reception this weekend. Somehow the fill was still $50 when I used to get full sets with designs starting at $50. When I asked for clarification I just got told "yeah that's right." I also got a pedicure but I wasn't asked what type, just assumed it was the basic one. Yes it was very nice she did great, I also got french tips. But found out that was $62 and again when asking just got told "yeah that's right." Just a bit frustrating when it doesn't seem like the service was extra or "luxury" per se. Yes I understand it's been awhile as well and inflation is a very real thing. I was excited to come back and Andy was sweet and did a great job. I just can't understand the pricing when at other places it's $40 for a pedicure and $35/40 for fills for the same services. There's no pricing online so maybe that's my fault for not asking ahead of time. Definitely feels like a bit of a rip off and I don't think I'll be back anymore unfortunately.

I reached out to them in which they said I was able to come in and get it fixed free of charge. I did two days later another Nail broke so at this point I had taken off the nails and was ready to come get a full fresh set and pay for it since then they have been avoiding me. I called and was directed straight to voicemail. They gave me a direct line to text in which they have not been replying when I called from a blocked number and they heard it was me. They said someone would give me a call back never heard anything back. I've noticed that the only time they try to fix anything is if a review was made the inconsistency of having Nail techs that actually stay. This is actually heartbreaking as I I've have grown use to Yuna doing my nails and now I have to look for another Nail tech.

I ended up going with a lavender one, and honestly, it was super relaxing and still a great choice. Overall, I really liked this spot and have already been back since. I had a scheduled appointment for tonight and had Jeny as my artist. She gave me the most beautiful full set of acrylics I get to show off as a bridesmaid this weekend! This is my nail one month after. One other thing that really bother me was that I was forced to get the gel done. I wanted regular but was forced into getting the gel rather than regular! Quality Exceptional customer service…read more Sense of urgency Doesn't gossip about the customers I will be returning. Van did a fabulous job and made me feel welcome and comfortable. My service was lengthier since I was doing a mani/pedi but Van didn't rushed me and she also didn't just lolly lag around either. She was trying to maximize the appointment and also made sure that I was happy with everything and kept checking in to make sure that everything was to my liking. Thank you, Van! I love nails and I am due for a fill probably the end of this week.
