I found this location on Yelp and it's right down the street. I've been living back in this area for a year and finally stopped in. I was only interested in seeing Tracy because my name is Tracey. She did not disappoint! She has given me the best pedicure I have ever had, and I'm very particular about who touches me. She completely cleaned my cuticles with very little pain, and I mean CLEANED. I was actually amazed because I've been going to a different place and never has my feet felt so good afterwards. It is a little pricey as far as adding $10 for gel polish but who doesn't need gel polish these days? Yes I could've added the gel myself at home but I elected for them to provide. I walked in on a Sunday within ten minutes of opening. There were already two customers seated but they were able to take me for a pedi. Not only that but they were welcoming and didn't make me feel like a nuisance like some places do. I had Cindy and she was very gentle, which I appreciated! My feet are very sensitive and ticklish, so I rarely get pedicures because most techs either nick me at some point or are just too rough overall. I was going to Carmichael nails religiously over the past two years. Spending $45 for my pedi and approximately $45 for my nails, plus tip. The price for gel had gone up since I first started coming but I understood, as prices do go up with any business. My pedicures just got worse and worse. They were not even cutting back the cuticle for my pedicures or nail fills and the polish was either real thick or not covering my whole nail. It's like they took advantage that I was a "regular" customer and that I would continue to tolerate half ass services. As well I noticed roaches at every visit, so many roaches that they are visible on the counter top in the light of day!! Gross!!! I thought oh, they are just in the bathroom, but NO, they are everywhere!! NOPE no more! I was so disappointed in this salon. I went in for a simple procedure to have my nails painted. As I was leaving in my car I noticed a couple nails were smudged so I went back in. Same lady Tami repainted them. She was in such a hurry she didn't leave the polish on under the little fans long enough, therefore I have two smudged nails once again. A family member of mine recommended this place. The reviews looked great so I called to make an appointment for a nail dip and pedicure. Place is very nice! Lots of colors to choose from, I was given a water and the massage chair was wonderful. The woman doing my pedicure was nice but ended up cutting too much off the side of my big toe nail. I think she thought it was ingrown. She did the same thing on both big toes but once was much more painful than the other. It was a sliver pulled from my nail bed. At the time I was surprised she cut that part of my nail. As the night has gone on, the side of my right nail is very sore. Im really going to keep an eye on this as I would be really upset if I got an infection or ingrown nail. She also scrubbed so hard on the ball of my foot it scraped my foot and started to really burn. I was so anxious at this point I just wanted to be done and didn't say anything. You should have spoke up but I still had to get my dip done. I played it off like I was pleased but honestly I was anxious and wanted to go. :::Update::::: here's day after pictures from what I described above. I may have had my last pedicure of my life after this experience. The side of a toenail should NEVER be cut like this. The second nail was done the same way but I didn't notice until today when it was hurting. read more

Had a wonderful 35.00 Pedicure with Tracy. She took her time and made sure everything was done that I paid for. I especially love the long foot and leg massage. Also appreciate that the Staff and Customers all wore Masks.
