Also they listed credit card as an acceptable payment method but DID NOT reveal that they assessed a 3% service charge (I had to ASK in a separate communication). Cannot comment on quality of the actual service I was requesting because I declined the quotation. If they CANNOT communicate in the quotation stage, how am I supposed to trust them by just GIVING them money in advance and no commitment for the work?
