Horrible experience all around. From my sales guy - Adam competely lying about max care which I paid for, managers not returning phone calls, letting me leave without doing full inspection causing me to have to go into a different location a second time for the inspection. Letting a car be purchased without inspection is crazy. Here's the worst - they sold me a car with a cracked bumper and glued on molding to hide the crack and the broken molding which was very cheap to fix for them. Now I'm paying someone 1500$ to fix both as my max care doesn't cover that and I'm outside my 30 day warranty by like two weeks. These guys are unethical in every way. Save yourself trouble. This has been an absolute nightmare.

purchased a 2019 Honda Accord from CarMax, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. The same night I drove the car home, the tire pressure sensor warning came on. I brought the vehicle back to CarMax twice to have the issue repaired, and they were never able to properly fix it. And still has it on About a month or so after purchasing the vehicle, I went to replace the cabin air filter and discovered rat droppings inside the filter. The filter was old and clearly already contaminated, which strongly suggests the vehicle had rodent activity before it was sold to me. When I reported this to CarMax, they initially tried to blame the area where I live, which made no sense considering the droppings were inside an old cabin filter that had clearly been sitting in the car long before I purchased it. They eventually took the car back and told me they had cleaned and fully inspected the vehicle. I relied on their inspection and continued using the car. Since purchasing the vehicle, I have driven it regularly and put about 30,000 miles on it. Recently, while performing routine maintenance, I removed the ignition coils and discovered large amounts of rat droppings deep inside the engine bay. These droppings appear old and built up in areas that would not occur overnight, especially on a car that is driven daily. The fact that droppings were found: * Inside the cabin air filter * Deep in the engine bay under the ignition coils clearly indicates the vehicle likely had a rodent infestation before it was sold, and that the inspection CarMax claimed to perform after my complaint was not properly done. I reported the issue early and gave CarMax the opportunity to fix it. Instead, I was reassured that the vehicle had been cleaned and inspected when clearly it was not. Selling a vehicle with rodent contamination in the HVAC system and engine components, along with unresolved issues like the tire sensor warning, raises serious concerns about the quality of inspections before vehicles are sold. Buyers should inspect everything themselves and not rely solely on the inspection claims. Very disappointing experience.

The only car selling operation that I know of that won't let you test drive. I won't ever consider buying a car here.

The vehicle had 200,000 miles, yet the Carfax showed a meticulous service history--oil changes practically every month--and the car's condition reflected that care. It was exactly as described over the phone. No surprises, no games. After my son detailed and waxed it, the car looks flawless and the paint was like glass. I had been searching all over Southern California for weeks trying to find a reliable car under $7,000 for my son to drive to work, and everything else I looked at was junk. The price on this Genesis was incredibly low, and I kept expecting to discover a major issue later. Three months in, the car has performed perfectly. The sales experience itself was fast, friendly, and refreshingly straightforward. Mike handled the sale and was outstanding--no pressure, no upselling, no last-minute add-ons. Just an honest, fair, respectful transaction. He treated me like an old friend, not a sales target. I later learned he is a decorated, honorably discharged veteran, and it shows in the integrity with which he runs his business. I also noticed that the other cars on the lot were in similarly clean condition and priced very reasonably. I would absolutely return to Affordable Imports Auto Sales for another vehicle in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality used car without the usual dealership runaround.

The staff here were welcoming and friendly. I felt comfortable while i waited to be helped which wasn't very long. When I arrived I was greeted, offered a drink and asked to have a seat. The place was clean with comfortable chairs. Abraham was very kind, explaining the process all along the way and ended up giving me a very fair price for my vehicle. A few signatures later and I had a check in hand a was out the door. In my opinion this was 100% better than trying to list on public sites like Marketplace or Autotrader because i didn't have to deal with ridiculous offers or strangers coming to the house. Over all I was really satisfied with the whole experience which took less than 45 minutes. I would recommend this for the first place to at least start if you have a car to sell and you want it sold fast at a good price. They also have a lot of really nice cars for sale.

I noticed what looked like repainting on the driver door and was told it had only been keyed by the previous owner and repaired. During financing, I was told everything matched what we discussed and that the vehicle came with added protection and warranty coverage. Later, while reviewing my paperwork carefully, I discovered two separate extended policies costing approximately $1,500 each that I did not understand were being added to my financing. I believed these items were included. Within days of purchasing the vehicle, it began shutting off and not starting. I later found out there was a battery recall on the vehicle. The dealership replaced the battery after I complained. Shortly after, I discovered what body shop professionals told me appeared to be previous damage in the rear area, including repairs needed under the trunk lining. The dealership agreed to repaint parts of the vehicle, but after getting it back, the paint had visible orange peel and additional issues, including a broken brake light cover. When I returned to discuss the poor repair work, I was told to come back later for corrections, but I lost confidence in the process. I also contacted Ally regarding the extended policies and was informed they could not be canceled. This experience has been extremely stressful and disappointing. I work hard for my money and trusted the dealership to be transparent with me throughout the process. Please carefully inspect any used vehicle and review every line of paperwork before signing.

When we arrived, the car was in even better condition than the photos showed. The car looked almost brand new. We test drove it - loved it - and agreed to the deal with Wayne, the owner. We ran over to the bank and when we got back, he had the paperwork ready. We would have been out the door in 15 min except Wayne is such a nice guy we ended up chatting for almost 45 minutes. He's really funny. Wayne is very familiar with cars, especially German ones. I believe he was a certified mechanic at one point and it shows by the level of quality his cars are at. He really takes care of the things that make a car look oldie. He even will change your first scheduled oil change after you purchase the car for you for free. Mind you it already has had an oil change when you get it. Everything worked on the car we bought, except the 3rd tail light. Because it's a safety issue, Wayne took care of that for us. Such a stand up guy. I would recommend his company and the service he provides to anyone. The reviews are not a lie. This is not your average sleazy car salesman or resale lot. This guy is a car expect and fan and it shows. Definitely the best car buying experience I have ever had except when my mom gave me her old car for $1 in high school.
