She looks BEAUTIFUL right? But let me tell you she is vey HOT inside, the day i purchased this vehicle i had to drive 4 1/2 hours back home half way the coolant light popped up "coolant level low" of course i stopped added coolant mind you it is in the middle of the night the dealership is already closed. I thought this problem was resolved. 3 days after the 30 day return police was up my A/C STOPPED WORKING (how ironic) I called and complained they sent me to a 3rd party machine shop, which my car is STILL NOT FIXED TODAY. YESTERDAY IT STARTED SMOKING FROM UNDER MY HOOD!!

We were so lucky to have Natalie via phone in Phoenix, AZ and Jane Eden Taylor in Killeen, TX to assist with the trade in of one car and purchase of another car. CarMax offered us the most money for our trade in then every other place that we called. Once getting to the dealership it went fairly fast, about an hour. Only con was not super impressed with the cleaning of my new car but the manager offered for me to bring it back for detailing which I will do. Natalie and I had an instant repore. She was not like other salespeople that push and push and try to convince you financially what to do. She was knowledgeable, consistent, helpful, understanding and listened to what I needed. All and all it was a good and fair experience. The key for me was to have the car picked out and at the dealer and all the paperwork done online BEFORE I went to the dealership.

Bruce and everyone at Carmax we're awesome to work with.

Good location. Traded in a car with this location. Beware of Matt the "manager" and you'll get great service.

I really want to give a shout out to anyone that is looking to buy a new or used vehicle. I have…read morewanted a Genesis G80 3.3 turbo for about 5 yrs now. I saw one on auto trader and it was every thing I was looking for. I sent an email right away to inquire about the vehicle. I was contacted by Mr Larry Johns salesman I was at wk and had to do a lot of texting back & forth. I told him what I had & basically what I wanted to make this deal happen for me. He was very helpful in answering my questions and made me feel that he didn't just want to sell a car, but wanted me to get what I wanted. I knew the dealership would make money on my trade, but that's what they are there to do. I can not say enough good about Larry Johns, he's the reason I drove 4.75 hours. I told him I was willing to drive for the right car but most of all a good deal. I secured the vehicle through my credit union before I went to pick it up. I also dealt with Carlos S in finance on signing the papers needed to finish up. Now I also know that he makes his extra money with what he sells. I could also tell that there was a little friction between he & my salesman. It was his tone & how he spoke to him, it was disrespectful in my opinion. I even text Larry and told him I was sorry that Carlos was being ugly to him. I get that he wanted to make the upsell of warranty, gap ect but I was not buying and he basically wanted to get me done & out of there and move to his next customer. I think that in general he may be a nice guy but feel strongly that he should treat all customers with respect and realize that just because I wasn't purchasing anything extra didn't make me a lesser customer. I stand by this statement Carlos, and it will help you to go farther in this business. People will forget what you did ,they will forget what you said, But they will never forget how you made them feel. That goes for customers and the salesmen you deal with on a day to day basis. I just want you to think about what I'm saying. If you take constructive advice and use it to better yourself then I feel you have great potential and I say this with respect for you. Larry was great and he actually called me the next day to check to see if I was still happy with my new car and trust me I have bought many car's, He is the 1st salesman to do a F/U call. I appreciated that as well. If you are looking to buy a N/U vehicle well Auto Max is a great place to fined what you are looking for. I highly recommend Larry Johns to help you and just tell him Cindy Stuart sent you. Thank you again Auto Max. I will definitely be back for the Genesis GV80, an amazing SUV! If your looking then at least check it out. Very happy customer ! Cindy Stuart(:-)

The "discounted" price on the internet was very deceiving because when we decided on a truck and started making a deal, that "discounted" price went away because there were "add-ons" that were already on the vehicle (how convenient), so there goes almost all the discount! Very DECEIVING!! They also tried forcing us to finance through Ford; if we didn't, we would lose any little discounts that they were offering. I knew we were in trouble when they started with "where do you want your payment to be?" We should have not only walked out we should have RAN!! We kindly told them we didn't want to talk payment, we wanted to negotiate the price but even the manager came out and asked the same question! In the world we live in today where people are trying to make ends meet, I really dislike deceiving companies like this. We walked out without a new truck after spending 8 hours, test driving, getting our truck appraised and trying to negotiate. Stay away from this dealership!!

If you want a no-hassle honest dealing car buy experience, Enterprise Car Sales Killeen is the place to go! 2. They were clear and transparent with EVERYTHING! They showed me a list of all the Lenders I was approved with that included all their terms/conditions (approved finance amount, interest rates, down payment needed, paperwork needed (i.e. pay stubs, bank statements, etc.) and let me select which lender I wanted to go with. 3. Most importantly, they did not hustle an extended warranty package. My salesman (Nathan) started to explain it in depth (on computer with all the pros of an extended warranty) but when I cut him short & said no thank you, he said ok. Didn't push. Didn't lie to me like Ford Killeen did saying I "HAD TO" take the extended warranty. Props to ECS for their visual point by point breakdown of what extended warranty covers....another first as no other dealership had that great of detailed explanation. 4. For the first time ever, I drove away not feeling like I got played. The finance amount for the vehicle I purchased was $1,000+\- above the sale sticker price with only $1.5k down. In July I bought a car for my daughter at Killeen Ford. Sale price was $23K but the financed amount was almost $30k with $2k down. The feeling of being robbed by Ford Killeen hasn't left my brain yet. I highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales if you want honest transparent dealings with nice, friendly people!!! I wish ECS continued success!!!

PLEASE READ MY TESTIMONY My 2024 KIA Sorento X-Line XS Prestige which I bought off the…read moreshowroom floor for $53,000, has been sitting in my garage for 6 months inoperable, due to it going into LIMP MODE on Interstate I35, in the middle of rush hour traffic. On September 12, 2025, my KIA was going 75mph, and within 30 seconds it went from 75mph to 20mph - LIMP MODE, and then 20 seconds later, it shut off. It was a terrible situation. Other drivers were yelling at me, honking, and flipping me off. I believe my life was in jeopardy; not just my life, my grandson's life who was 6 months old at the time. Simultaneously, the malfunction indicator light (MIL) and the check engine (CE) light were luminated. I was terribly frightened by this LIMP MODE situation, and in just seconds, my KIA created a backup on the highway. I had a fear I was about to get rear ended or involved in a wreck. The KIA was unsafe to drive so it was towed by KIA Roadside Assistance to the dealership, Dennis Eakin KIA in Killeen, TX. I received a voice message that my KIA was ready to pick up. On Friday, September 19th I took an UBER to the dealership to pick up my KIA. Once I arrived, I got the keys and the service ticket from Terry. The service ticket had notes from the mechanic; it showed a stored code of P1C2D03 came up on the scanner; instead of making the repairs, the dealership reset the adaptives. Dennis Eakin KIA cleared the stored code from my KIA's history, then, they claimed it was operating as designed! The dealership had it for a week (09/15/2025 to 09/22/2025). I told several people at the dealership I was not driving it home because it was not repaired. What did the dealership do? The next Monday, September 22, 2025, Dennis Eakin KIA had an employee from the dealership drive my KIA to my house, and park it in my driveway! She drove it with the MIL and CE lights on, AFTER, I had it towed to the dealership and no repairs were done. There is a NTSA recall for my exact model but for the 2022 year vs. 2024. My KIA has an 8-Speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT), 2.5L Turbo - GDI / Engine THETA-III. Everything the NTSA mentions in the recall was/is happening with my KIA. I believe I could have the same issue; as a stored code of P1C2D03 shows the KIA needs replacement of the DTC assembly and for the A/T system software to be updated. That was the last time I drove my KIA because I AM SCARED TO DRIVE IT EVER AGAIN! I requested KIA America either replace or repurchase my KIA, so that I would not have to suffer a huge financial loss; they refused. I only have 8,137 miles on my KIA, and it was not conforming to the manufacturer's warranty. I followed all protocol found in the "2024 WARRANTY AND CONSUMER INFORMATION MANUAL" page 101. The dealership had a final opportunity to make the repairs and instead of making the repairs, they removed the stored code from the memory (P1C2D03), and turned off the MIL / CE light. I have been to Mediation with the BBB Auto Line, then Arbitration. In my opinion neither were neutral and to date, 04/05/2026, this situation still has not been resolved! Although the Texas Department of Motor Vehicles (TXDMV), Lemon Law Investigator accepted my case under the Texas Lemon Law, the hearings for the State of Texas Office of Administrative Hearings (SOAH) are being scheduled for September 2026. By the time of the hearing, it will be a whole year since it was driven. KIA America forces you into trading it in (making it someone else's problem and causing a huge financial loss), or selling it and I am unwilling to do either one. KIA America needs to stand behind their vehicle and repurchase it from me along with my related expenses. While under Mediation with the BBB Auto Line, KIA America sent a subject matter technical expert (TE) to my home to conduct a full inspection of my KIA. He spent 45 minutes inspecting it; then he drove it. I have his written report; he found more things wrong with it than I was aware of. I was not allowed to talk to him during his inspection, but I did ask him one question as he was leaving; I asked, "If this was your KIA would you drive it", he said "no" and then, "definitely NOT on the highway". This situation has put havoc on me physically, emotionally, financially and spiritually! I was first in contact with the dealership, Dennis Eakin KIA, Killeen, TX, then, have been in touch with Sky Cato, Sarai Espinoza with KIA America Customer Care, Christina Sakhleh with the BBB Auto Line, and KIA Executive Officers; Greg Silvestri, Vice President of Service and Aftersales Operations, Eric Watson, Vice President of Sales Operations, and Russell Wager, Vice President of Marketing, NO ONE CARES! All they talk about on their social media is how many cars they have sold; what about all of us out here with a LEMON KIA! When something goes severely wrong with your KIA, get ready to go more in debt, because no one cares!

It was the lowest mileage one I could find that was the EX trim so we decided it was worth it to make the trip up here from Houston. I was able to negotiate to a fair enough price over the phone as well so that's a plus for them and they let us test drive the car on our own which was a nice change from most dealerships. They mentioned that work was also done on the car for it to be sold like the struts being replaced and an oil change. They painted the car themselves which sounds nice and it mostly is but this is where my 4 star rating comes from. There's paint in quite a few places on the car where there really shouldn't be and we can't get it off without replacing the parts entirely. This could have been easily avoided if there was just more care in the masking process. There's also a lot of residue from the duct tape that was used. I appreciate the paint job being done but if they put more care into it and used actual masking tape this would have been an easy 5 stars. Still recommend the place though.
