DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO SERVICEMAX IN KILLEEN, OR EVEN BUY A VEHICLE FROM KILLEEN FORD! Had the worst customer experience ever! I had an appt and took my truck in for a recall only to find out after the $390 diagnostic fee that I was 1k miles over the set limit by Ford, so I was on the hook for it all, which is ridiculous. First mistake, it was a little cheaper somewhere else too, but since I was out of town and it was only going to take a couple days I figured what the hell, just get it done. Was told on a Tuesday that it was gonna be a couple days to get it done. Saturday rolled around and hadn't heard anything, so I called and left several messages with the front desk and on the advisor's phone. Was told he was there but didn't get one call back or update, and after not hearing from them that afternoon, I tried again but at this point couldn't get ahold of even the front desk to talk to the manager. I physically went in Monday to talk with the service manager, because I didn't want to do the phone thing again, only to get an empty apology and told they hadn't started on my truck yet, which was absurd being that I was told it was going in the week before and it'd take a couple days. I asked if he'd update me that day since the advisor was off that day (yup I wouldn't have gotten a call back until 5 days later being Tuesday was the 4th) and he said he would. Never got a call, voicemail, or text from him that day. At this point I'm pissed because I had to cancel my weekend plans as well as my 4th plans, with no communication or an ounce of courtesy from the advisor or manager. I called first thing Wednesday to talk with the service manager, which he said he called and that was a lie because I had no missed calls, voicemails or text, and he told me my truck was done, which means it was done Monday. No apologies or nothing. I emailed the GM, Nicholas Mattson, that morning letting him know all this and he emailed me back asking for my schedule that day and the next so he can call me. Sent him an email right back letting him know, and never heard anything after that. Emailed 2 days later asking if he received my email, and never heard anything. Decided to wait until a week after the first email and sent another asking what happened and mentioned he did what his employees did and how unprofessional that was, which he responded saying that he will call me the next day with his service manager. Did they call?...nope! The advisor (Parish), service manager, and GM all couldn't follow-up even once. Never got one update on my vehicle. Thought it would be different with the GM, but he was just as bad as his employees. You don't ask or say you're going to call, TWICE, and not do it! This seems to be the set standard for how they treat their customers. Never returned my calls, never gave an apology until I brought it up, and obviously they don't care enough to even get back with me about the issues. Go somewhere else to get your vehicle worked on or even buy a car. Don't even risk it! After the headache I went through, as well as canceled plans and lost money, it's not worth it! This isn't the first time I've heard of this place screwing people either. If the GM isn't holding even himself to a higher standard, then why trust the employees to treat you right and do the same? read more
