The "sales manager" Ashley told me they don't do that because they consider me within their selling radius and would have to come in to get the full price. After leaving work early, she drove over an hour to their dealership since they said the car would be set aside waiting for her once she got there. Long story short it was a lie, they said they just had loaned it out right before she got there when instead the car was never there... it was a way to have her come check out brand new cars even though we said from start we were only interested in used ones. By far the worst dealership I have had the pleasure of walking out of! Went to three dealerships prior and Killeen certified offered me 6,000 less than anybody, including Carvana. They claimed it was in an accident, it was in a very minor accident where a shopping cart dented the door and it was repaired through the other party's insurance. All the other dealerships did not seem to think that was such an issue. This dealership will appraise your car and hold your keys hostage until they try dealing with you. They will not even tell you how much they offered on your trade until your sitting down with the individual who tries to rope you in with ridiculous add-ons on a used car that are mandatory?! I would not trust this dealership at all. If you take your family there and you have kids, the music is very vulgar that they are playing. You will be delighted with the gratuitous use of the "F" word, to include mention of both female and male genitalia. I have no issues with the music, just not in a professional setting where multiple families visit. We arrived from out of town to purchase a specific vehicle. We agreed on a price, mo. payment, interest rate and signed the paperwork to move forward. After 4-5hrs of this process, we got to the extended warranty part of the process. The warranty terms were $3600.00 total cost, Plus a $200.00 deductible. (This is ridiculous, FYI!) We told them that this was too much and we'd just like to purchase the vehicle on the agreed terms w/o the warranty. They said that because we refused their warranty, Bank of America (BoA) wouldn't accept the rate of 7.9% and the rate would jump to 9.8%. They said that this is what BoA is mandating. False! - We called BoA to confirm. They will be reporting this, as it's illegal and unethical to do so! The other thing that is really shady is that they will charge you $3000.00 if you attempt to use your own financing! We will also be reporting our experience with the Better Business Bureau. If you do business with this dealership, just know that they WILL NOT be transparent with as they try to suggest. Buyer beware, time stands still as soon as you enter Killeen's doors. Once inside, you're immediately met by a host of uninterested individuals. If you do a little dance, it might just be good enough to get someone's attention to start what will be the least transparent car buying process you've ever encountered in your life. You'll quickly be wowed by the "great prices" that they list as they show you their inventory. You might even think to yourself "I wonder how they have so many hidden gems for cars in one single place." Some of you might drive hours from all over Texas just to see the price for yourself. When you fall in love with one of their cars and think you'll be able to walk out of a car dealership for once in your life not feeling totally mislead or taken advantage of, in comes their non-negotiable "optional protection packages." These state of the art features include but aren't limited to, GPS tracking technology from 1965, windshield replacement already covered by your insurance company, and many more. You'll be told some story of sharks and dolphins by their floor manager and he'll half heartily tell you about how he's on your side that the "presentation" of $12,000 of additional non optional "optional" fees could be "improved." They'll then go back to the finance cave to make a deal with Satan himself (please note this apparently takes 45 minutes). After what will feel like a lifetime, you'll meet the final boss that this game has to offer: the finance manager. They're especially tricky as they like to go back again and change numbers that were already signed and agreed upon. All the while you're approaching 6 hours in this disaster of a dealership and might just agree to anything because you border on delusional. When it's all said and done, you'll realized you'd be better off selling your soul to Satan yourself instead of using Killeen as a middle man. They up charge you $6000 worth of stuff you do not need nor want, don't say a thing about it and expect you to just notice these add ons through the 1000s of words of their contracts. We were rushed to sign the contract and weren't even given the hard copy documents to take home - they gave us a flash drive. They somehow took an advertised $33k vehicle up to $45k through weird addons and other things that I don't want. Also, they will undervalue the CRAP out of your trade-in. Also, at the very end, I told them that I want to go home and think about it. DO NOT GO HERE. The car listed online I drove an hour and 20 minutes to go see had a mileage of 31,943. When I looked at the car in person, the odometer read 39,800 miles. There is also a video online stating the 31,943 mileage. When I called this out, I was told this was a clerical error and there was nothing they could do. I have not seen the website updated since. In addition, my offer options were not in writing. Carlos would verbally tell me the offers, and they would change every time he spoke. I was told the car came with the GPS feature, and now realize they were adding this feature on for cost without my consent. They were also adding dealership fees without clearly laying them out/ notating so. I have never seen such an unprofessional, non ethical place of business. They were trying to give me an interest rate of 9.7%. Went to carmax and got one for 5.7%. This place is a scam and I can't believe they are legally allowed to stay in business. read more

I bought a 75k car from Killeen 3 weeks ago. Worst experience buying a car. Cedric was a good sales guy. Management is awful. I dealt with Mike(General Manager) and Will(Finance Manager). I sent a wire for over 40k and financed the rest with in house financing. I was told car is ready for pick up and sent my driver to pick up the car. He arrived and they would not release my car. They held my car for 5 days until they got the check from their in house financing. Very shady practice. I was told it was because they had a big loss selling cars to a fraudster. I was told by MIKE I was going to be reimbursed for 850$ for delivery of my car. 3 weeks later no check in mail as promised. MIKEs word means nothing! Also, I paid for Apex Protection GPS and they will not release it over to me. When I call APEX they say Killeen has to release it to me. They have not 3 weeks later. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. AWFUL EXPERIENCE! I am currently on Hold with Killeen Certified 3 weeks after I bought my car dealing with them. IF you read this go elsewhere. I will call you guys everyday until I get my check and you release APEX for my car. Ready to get Lawyer involved.
