This was the best car-buying experience I have ever had. I went, just to check out the vehicle with the great price, but the location--*not* Austin--and Mario's customer-first attitude had me in my new happy place behind the wheel in just about an hour. Im 20 and I bought my first car here so I'm not sure how the other car lots do it but I know they can't get much better then Summit. Mario is the coolest guy, really cared about what we wanted and needed, even outside of buying a car. I looked online for more than a week and both cars that I was interested in were at Summit, just great deals on low mileage cars. He even waited an hour and a half past closing time because we had some complications the day of purchase. He was a pleasure to deal with and very upfront on any defects in this 10 year old vehicle and when i received it it was like he described. A part came off in the shipping and Mario is going to get a new one and have it painted and shipped to me no charge.
