I had an employee who went to Vida Motors to purchase a vehicle based on a web advertisement stating the cost of the vehicle was $13,550. After purchase and financing, when the employee shared her paperwork with me, I discovered and informed her that Vida Motors actually sold her the car for $17,505.50. This price did NOT include any taxes, licensing, doc prep or any of the addition up-sells that were additionally present on the contract. Additionally, the financing Vida Motors set up with my employee had an interest rate at 18.95%, WELL above a typical interest rate even for a person with marginal credit. When the employee and I called Vida Motors to ask about this, Vida Motors refused to answer questions over the phone and told me that I needed to come to the office and speak to them directly. I then proceeded to drive 40 miles to their office to ask about this general business practice. The owner, a Mr. Syed W All, refused to answer any of my questions either directly related to the transaction with my employee or in general about this business practice, advertising a car at one price but selling it at a very inflated price. The owner proceeded to tell me that I was nothing to him and I should leave his business, which I did, after letting Mr. Ali know that I consider taking advantage of people who are inexperienced and naive in purchasing cars as a very 'low moral compass' business practice. read more

Please be aware when buying from these people. They sold my daughter a suv with 4 bad tires, she doesn't have the car fir 2 weeks and she almost lost her life. I took the car to get the tires check. All 4 tires are in the YELLOW meaning they are not good. Al the owner said that it past inspection, but yet they won't give us a copy of the inspection. Al have his way if getting cars to pass inspections, one of the guys at vida told me how they do it. They geys the cars fix and if you want a particular car they fix it to where you have no problems getting it, but what you don't know is after you leaves there lit with the car its all your responsibility. Al tge owner doesn't care about the danger he's putting people lives in. I am gping to contact kxan and have them do an investigation story on this vida. These small car dealers needs to take responsibility for rhe danger they are putting the public lives in. Be aware of this vida motors go to rush Chevrolet in elgin, its easy to get a brand new car without any problems. Vida is stealing from the public and endangering your family. read more
