This aged poorly. This dealership sold me a completely defective vehicle, and didn't inform me of any of the issues. When you purchase a vehicle at 5K miles, you don't expect any problems, right? Wrong, not at this place. Loose engine mount, slipping transmission, and tires with less than 2/32 depth (extremely dangerous tread, not safe for driving) was some of the many issues I encountered with this LEMON. This dealer basically laughed in my face and told me that the previous owners probably sold it at 5K miles because it was a lemon, and that's a possibility with low-mileage vehicles. I sold it back to CarMax and lost almost $10K. Bought a Volvo from a reputable dealer, Bill Luke. I'm done with Nissan and especially done with CarMax. Slimy.

Intake Process and Customer Handling Need Serious Attention…read more I scheduled a service appointment at AutoNation Chevrolet in Gilbert a week in advance, expecting a standard, professional intake process. Instead, when I arrived, my vehicle was never checked in, no service agreement was provided, and I was handed only a business card when I turned over my keys. It became clear later that my car had never been properly onboarded at all--my keys were not secured in lockup but were loosely accessible in the shop area. That alone was enough to raise concerns. After I reached out for clarification, another agent escalated the issue to a director, whose initial response was to suggest the oversight was somehow on my end. Only when I pushed back did he acknowledge the lapse. By that point, the interaction had shifted enough that I no longer felt comfortable leaving my vehicle there. I returned and took possession of my car. A formal agreement was offered only after I walked back in--something that should have been provided at the very beginning, not after the fact. I ultimately chose to walk away. For anyone considering service here, I strongly recommend confirming that your vehicle is properly checked in, documented, and secured before leaving it on-site.

Within less than a year,…read morebut fortunately, while barely still under warranty, the transmission completely went, requiring a full replacement to the tune of nearly $15,000. Not quite a year later, we are again experiencing engine issues and the passive idol system through which the car shuts off went out of traffic. Light is completely disabled, and the car won't turn over. Today I had to have it towed to my mechanic. Considering I put about $7000 down and financed another approximately $24,000. I should not be having these problems within about 18 months of the purchase. The warranty is expired and it is on me, but I do not want others to make the same mistake I did. I have learned that there was information about the condition of the vehicle that was not shared with me and now because of its condition, I am underwater on my loan. I would never, and I emphasize never buy a car through enterprise car sales again. They make the stereotype jokes about used car salesmen seem very appealing. I feel that I was duped and got stuck with a lemon.

I told them that even though it is on the higher side of miles and has some dings / dents I wanted pricing and to likely buy it. It took two full business days to give me a BS reason for a "no" and the usual used car salesman attempts to sell me something else. Don't assume people are stupid or are still buying the COVID nonsense. I'm not interested. I also already got a loan and purchased a vehicle (exactly what I wanted) for a better price than they were offering on an older vehicle with more miles. This all occurred in less than four hours without my leaving my desk today. Don't waste your time.

The dealership's service department demonstrated a high level of customer care and commitment to quality. What could have been a very stressful experience was made much easier thanks to their communication, attention to detail, and dedication to customer satisfaction. We are truly grateful for the exceptional service we received and would highly recommend both this dealership and its service team to anyone in need of vehicle service or repairs. I just broke 10K miles since i bought it 2 February. I had an appointment and told Mike I'd wait at the dealership because I live in Queen Creek. I was told it was a free service, so they would do a LOF, change rotate the tires, and do a multiport inspection. But... my rear differential needed to be serviced. I confirmed that Honda recommends a fluid change due to machining, which made sense so I had it done. about two hours in, I got this video https://www.autonation.com/my-account/servicetracker/?id=0x1oz8jnr9 which I thought was great! The tech recommended changing the engine and cabin filters, but I had ordered new filters before the service appointment, and fully intended to change them myself. Shortly thereafter, my car was ready, I paid the fee for the differential fluid change, and drove home. As soon as I got home, I grabbed my filters and went to change them, when I discovered that one of the bolts securing the engine filter housing was MISSING. I did an inspection to see if I could find the bolt and had no luck. I also inspected the throat of the engine filter to make sure the bolt hadn't fell inside the filter compartment. I didn't find anything so I called my service rep, and explained the situation. He told me he would have a bolt waiting for me when I showed up. This is a big concern to me. I served in the Air Force for 24 years as a master mechanic on Fighter aircraft (you have a copy of my DD-214) but I retired as the Superintendent of the 68th fighter Squadron. I know maintenance, and even in my senior years, I enjoy working on cars. I have a 1990 Volvo I bought new and it still runs. After the Air Force, I worked on multi million dollar tools at Intel Corp. My concern here is that changing the engine air filter is a very simple task, and in my world, if you can't get the simple tasks right, you're not going to be assigned the more difficult tasks. The issue here is I would bet that most of the people who bring their cars to you, wouldn't know a engine air filter housing , from a fuse box. Most people would be driving their car with missing hardware, until the next service, which could cause bypass and allow particulate into the engine. I don't write this with any joy, nor do i want anyone to loose a job over this. But attention to detail is incredibly important, and the dealership needs to be aware of this. I would suggest a second set of eyes to check the maintenance performed moving forward. Most likely I'm going to go elsewhere for service needs to another Honda dealer.
