We have yet to get sick here thank goodness but we don't have one time where we've had a good experience. Guess we will just have to find a different location to get some chicken.

Placed $70 order for pickup through DoorDash. 45 minutes after placing order the app still showed preparing order so we called the store. The store (#818) said yes it had been ready for quite awhile. Picked up $70 worth of COLD burgers and fries, with absolutely no apologies from the store. Called the store and spoke with manager who said repeatedly that she has no control over it and gave the district manager's number. Upon speaking with him he blamed US, the customer, for not going to pick the order up sooner even though the app STILL an hour and a half later shows the store is still preparing the order. When I let him know that I will never again spend a dime at ANY Carl's Jr., his reply was "sorry to hear that." Came in from Riverside, went to get something to drink (service was fine) and use the restroom. This review is for the dirty restrooms. I expected better being in Temecula. The toilets in the women's bathroom were horrible. Urine all over both toilets, floor in the stalls were wet. read more
