Stopped to get my munchkin a French fry for the drive home. I can't believe how expensive Carls Jr is. Almost $15 for a single bacon western cheeseburger meal (regular size). Just crazy when you think about what it is. I have to download the app and see if they have deals that make it more affordable. I ordered a bacon western cheeseburger meal w/ regular fries and a drink. The fries were hot but my sandwich was pitiful. It did not look like almost a $10 burger. It was small, skimpy, and there was more bbq sauce than anything. You'd think I asked for extra bbq sauce. It was so soggy! The service was ok. There were two cars in front of me and the total time in the drive thru was about 15 mins. I don't know what the delay was but there was definitely an issue with the 1st car. The ambiance here is casual and branded with the Carl's Jr colors. They offer both and chair dining. I do like that they bring you your food when you dine in. read more

I should have looked at the reviews first! I absolutely hate the "pull forward and park" model that these fast food restaurants have adopted. If it isn't something you can get done quickly, don't serve it! If I wanted to park, I would have gone inside! Customers do not care about you stupid wait times in drive-thru. My fries were old and room temperature. Carl's Jr., as a whole, has gone down the toilet and is no better than Mc Donald's. Had the worse french fries from this store. Lots of crap from other foods that were fried There was more of that then fries and my fries were not fresh. Some were hard and couldn't even bite into some. My fries were not freshly cooked. It was whatever was in the basket at the time. Ended up throwing away close to half of my fries. Just your average Carl's Jr. Our famous stars with cheese were on point, order was done right, prepared quickly and the gentleman that assisted us provided excellent customer service. We just went through the drive thru and I will add the location is awesome. It is located in an area that provides easy access on and off the 15 freeway. I hate going too deep into cities when I am traveling for work. So this is a great pit stop location. read more

Every and I mean EVERY SINGLE TIME I go through the drive thru, I get asked to park up front! No line or any other vehicles! Finally I said No, because I was in a hurry, the manager started being rude ass hell! Went through the drive-thru and waited for a few minutes before anyone even started taking my order. Had to repeat myself several times during my order and they didn't read it back (already knew they were gonna jack this one up). I asked for no tomato, no pickles, and no onion (my wife is ALLERGIC to pickles). So I get to the window and the guy gives me the food and forgot to give my drinks. I checked the bag and noticed there was no cris-cut fries, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I'll just go without fries, it's really not a big deal. Then when I get home, what do I find? Pickles... This is the type of garbage service I don't recommend to anyone. Forget an item, cool, no biggie, but putting foods that were specifically asked to be left off can be deadly to someone who has FOOD ALLERGIES. read more

Manager today 1/9 around 2pm was so rude and should be retrained on how to serve or find a new job. Drove in from San Diego and wanted to eat lunch, but needed to use the restroom first to relieve myself and wash my hands. Kindly asked if I could use the restroom because it had a code and she said with an attitude "you'll get the code on your receipt when you buy something". Umm... hello/ people might need to use the restroom first and or wash their hands before touching food. Because of this I bought a 65 cent cookie and used the restroom, then drove to Jack in the Box and spent my money. Lady- if you're a manager, get it together.
