Passing thru Temecula on the way to San Diego and needed some food. I ordered the brunchie meal which came with a breakfast jack, French toast sticks, hash brown and coffee. The breakfast jack is a simple breakfast sandwich that has a piece of ham, cheese and egg in a buttered bun. French toast sticks were so tasty and didn't even need the syrup it came with. Hash browns were as expected. I upgraded my coffee and got the iced vanilla coffee and it was strong with a mild vanilla flavor. If you want to wake up, get their coffee! Food was fresh and delicious. I had no complaints as it hit the spot. I was actually full and thankfully ate dinner later. read more

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I felt I should. The restaurant had only been open for about four hours, yet they were already out of chicken. I understand that things happen, but what really bothered me was the attitude of the staff. Instead of apologizing or offering an alternative, they were rude and acted like my questions were an inconvenience. Good customer service can make up for a mistake, but the lack of professionalism made the experience much worse. I went the first time the food was dry and hard fries. Called the corporate office and the manager told me to go to the website. Corporate sends me two free meals. I go and the give me a sour dough jack when I order a grill chicken sandwich with light mayonnaise no onions. I oder the double jack no onion, it's supposed to have spread on it. It has so much mustard on it my granddaughter doesn't eat the whole hamburger. I didn't eat mine either. The guy on the receipt Miguel was very nice. Aurora was nice but handed us the wrong food. This time I took pictures. Over the years we have probably gone there over a 100 times in twenty years. If I could give then -100 I would. Horrible horrible. First of I ordered 8 tacos got 7 then more than have of them ended up in the trash because there were made hours ago so they were nasty and soggy. Crispy tacos? More like a paste attached to the bag they come in. Yes I get it I paid less than $9 but I got 7 instead of 8 and 5 of the the 7 were not edible. I guess it's my fault for trying this location over and over even tho the always fall short. Horrible last time eating at any of their locations. Sometimes we don't appreciate a typical mainstream fast food joint when we visit, until you have a lasting impression. Food is good, dining room spacious, & clean. This location deserves ZERO STARS!! The staff, manager included, would not speak English to us. We were asking the address so we could use our mobile app to order. That took almost 10min to get translated and a response. By response, I mean the rude manager came out with address on a piece of paper and tossed it at us. Not a word or smile. Very rude people here. Meanwhile, I'm watching the one gal with gloves in, making change in the register, and then returning to handle food without changing her gloves. Alex was SO awesome! She genuinely acted enthusiastic and she is SUCH a hard worker and phenomenal at her job. Then my guy Ben was super super fast getting me my food in the drive thru. He was such a nice, presentable, enthusiastic guy! These two working together have very fluent chemistry. This is one of the better Jack in the Box's I've ever been to. I recommend this place. We found coupons and decided to try Jack In The Box again, for the fist time in 40+ years. The store was semi hidden behind a large gas station. The sign was visible though We used the drive thru and had quite a wait, possibly due to our ordering breakfast at 1:00 pm. The prices were not high, a good deal is always delicious. The loaded breakfast sandwich had cheese, ham, bacon, TWO eggs and sausage on (I think) round sourdough slices. I couldn't finish. Better than McDonald's. If we find more coupons, we will be back. What fast food restaurants next to a major freeway aren't open at 730 on a Sunday? 1. Yelp hours were wrong. 2. They should have closed off the driveway to show they were closed . 3. They should have turned off their speakers at the drive thru so we couldn't hear the staff laughing . 4. Keep driving; do not stop here! I rarely give one-star reviews and reserve such a rating for exceptionally poor quality food and service. My second visit to this location brings me to write a review and warn would-be patrons who enjoy JnB meals not to waste their money at this location. My first visit was a few days before this review. I ordered the meat lover burrito, and it was horrible. The ingredients were clumps in the tortilla separately and not mixed as one expects. This morning at approximately the same time as my first visit, I ordered the # 6 combo, and the burger is disgusting. They weren't busy, and there were no cars ahead or behind me. Thus no excuse for such a poorly prepared product. Please see the image as it is worth a thousand words. I recommend the management care about their job as the owners do not deserve to have an employee who gives little to no attention to the quality of food they are providing. I went to this place because I felt like a snack coming back from the dessert going to Cahuilla creek. Overall the place looked really nice on the exterior and is by far one of the nicest looking Jack in the Boxes I've been to. The interior of the building was really clean and really nice looking. The customer service was average which is what you would expect at a fast food joint. I got the Buttery Jack Combo and I was satisfied with the food. the burger was cooked perfectly to fast food expectations and the fries were nice and salty. The patio dining area looked really nice as well. I will be coming back again for sure! read more

My girlfriend just drove 20 minutes with her kids to pick up a burger because I'm sick and I can't do it plus I wanted to keep people safe. The burger is ridiculously bad I mean horrible the bun is hard as a rock the cheese is leathery and the lettuce is turning black and completely limp. I can't believe somebody would actually try and serve this burger that was sitting around probably four hours to a customer. Probably super bad health ratings come in for this place too. This place is open 24 hours and that's about the only pro it has. I've ended up here a few times after going to the casino and not realizing how hungry I was until I was about to get on the freeway. This is the worst jack in the box I have ever been to and all I did was go through the drive through. The girl Working the window looked like she was high and didn't know what was going on. I ordered a large Oreo shake and 5 chicken nuggets. My shake was half mixed and I never got a straw for my shake. She handed it to me and walked away, I figured she would give it to me with the rest of my order or when she asked if I wanted sauce for my nuggets.
