I had a very disappointing experience at Carl's Jr. today. My daughter went inside to order while I was outside cleaning out the car after a long day. She politely tried to place her order and explained she has allergies and needed a few items removed from her burger. Instead of being helped, she was dismissed and barely given the chance to speak. When her food came out, it had cheese on it--something she specifically asked to be removed due to an allergy. When she brought it to their attention, the employee snatched the burger from her hands and threw it in the trash in a very rude manner. My daughter also witnessed them carelessly throwing the ingredients onto the bun while remaking her order, which was very concerning given her allergy. When the corrected order was ready, it was simply slid across the counter without a single word. I went inside to address the situation and asked to speak to a manager, only to find out the person who treated my daughter this way was the manager on duty an older Hispanic male. This is completely unacceptable. No child or any customer should be treated with such disrespect, especially when communicating a food allergy. My daughter was nearly in tears. My Picture doesn't justify how much a fast food burger on an empty stomach taste and feel. Went through the drive thru essentially coming from Reno so the Fam Bam was starving. Costumer service at the start was different since this is a location with a AI on the box. Wasn't even issue but had me thinking about the future on how robots will take over our society. Burger - not bad and not made by a robot, even sauced and tasted how I expected. Satisfying! We ended up parking in front of the gas station which is a Shell and visiting the restaurant. We decided to eat inside after getting discouraged by their AI manned drive thru. I wish we had moved on to another place. We paid almost $70 for 3 combos and a kids meal. The staff there that day were not well trained. They took things off the warmer as they arrived. By the time all our food was ready, all but the last item was cold. The person working the gas station/Carl's register went back and forth handling both cash and food without gloves or washing in between. Most discouraging was the presence of the "General Manager" with his head in a laptop and no sign of making sure the place was running efficiencycorrectly. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Waited 30 minutes and noticed that the people who showed up 15 minutes after me got their order. I complained and they asked for my receipt. They looked at it and then I noticed the female employee thrown it in the trash and then the general manager came up. My family and I was looking for a dessert shop after a long day exploring the Alabama hills. It was around 9pm when we were on the search for something sweet. We wanted dessert from a restaurant, but nope, all the restaurants close at 9pm. We then tried the grocery store, but it closed at 9 as well. Restrooms were a mess. No way to dry hands. The toilet seat was broken. Trash all over the floor. When I ordered coffee, they only offered plastic soft drink straws to stir my coffee. Since this place is connected to the only gas station currently working in town, it's convenient to run in here while your car is being fueled up. I came in here to buy drink, the large sign advertising their any-sized fountain drink for 88 cents drew me in. This pricing beats McD's $1 price on drinks! Really nice to see that restaurants like this are practicing hygienic practices to stop Covid 19 spread. They do only takeout and curbside delivery. It was really in the top of my bucket list to try the beyond beef patty in the famous star. Because I didn't want to make a mess in the car as no dine in is allowed, I requested no mayonnaise. The burger did not disappoint, and it was especially great after I added in my own avocado slice from my food stash. I love that the patty does not taste greasy at all or even the least bit salty, even though the nutrition facts lists a high sodium value. Nothing wrong with the food or service just the drive thru. Every single time you go through the drive thru they'll make you pull around past the sensor, even if no one is in line but you, so their drive thru delivery time looks good on paper. It makes no sense since they never really take long to deliver food in the first place. The parking lot in front gets super crowded if people are at the gas pumps and there will be people lined around the building but none in the drive thru just so they can get the corporate bonus for drive thru speed. read more

I went back though the drive thru and told the young gentleman and he responded with nothing but absurd rudeness and disrespect saying " i repeated the order more than once"he was very "sassy" and inconsiderate!
