I mostly only use the drive through. The people there are very nice and speed is normal for fast food. ^_^ Now, for a while... over a year ago, it was a tossup whether or not my chicken sandwich would be edible and for the first time I knew what leathery chicken tastes like and heard the noise of it rubbing past my teeth like rubber shoes scraping on a wet floor. When it is good, it was worth the risk though. Also, the price, size, and amount of sauce put on by default beats the pants off Burger king. Now, for a good year, they've come out very good every time! ^_^ I almost always get the Teriyaki Chicken Burger... sometimes with jalapeno poppers. For some dumb reason the chicken costs a dollar more than the other Teriyaki burgers, but it is still much cheaper than Burger King's regular grilled chicken. read more

The service was very good. The Classic Chicken sand was not bad, better than most. The Carl's Jr cheeseburger, one dollar for the second, was kind of tasteless. The strawberry milkshake was with out any flavor at all. Tasted like a milk milkshake. I thought my daughter was being difficult. Nope had no flavor what so ever. No going back. read more

This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever had happen so I thought I would share. I ordered through door dash this evening and when I went outside to get my food and drinks the dasher left at my door, I realized one of my drinks seemed empty. I came in the house and opened it up to find only a quarter of a large drink filled. Now I'm not sure if it happened my drink being basically empty before leaving the store or did the dasher dump it. Called store, told them my story, they offered to have me come down, I said no that is why I dashed. Anyhow as I ramble on I'm used to missing items in orders (McDonald's in Keizer) has been notorious for this. I am just baffled how I only ended up with a 1/4 drink in a Large cup and no one noticed this. read more

Carl's Jr - Burgers Near Me - Keizer, Oregon

For a fast food burger. Pretty good, but like all ff joints, it never looks like the advertisement photo. Not much lettuce and could have had another slice of tomato But I was satisfied with the two for one price and will go back. Staff were engaged and seemed to want to be there! read more

Carl's Jr - Famous burger weighing in at 262 gm and seemed fresh! - Burgers Near Me - Keizer, Oregon

I wasn't excited about eating fast food but we're tired and in the middle of a move, so here we are. The food was hot and fresh, the service was quick and friendly, and the restaurant is clean. Also, the coke was amazing. Perfect soda/carbonation read more

took to long other people got there food before me and I've been waiting for like 30 minutes

Staff are nice, but incompetent. I have a dairy allergy (it triggers my asthma) and about 25% of the time when I order a Famous Star with no cheese, I get home to find cheese melted all over the patty. They could kill someone with that level of incompetence. It's like they're begging to be sued. read more

Very clean, friendly staff, good breakfast menu. Come here for a quick bite when I'm in a rush knowing I won't have any problems.

Great atmosphere great staff great prices love their big superstar cheeseburger. Great for combos.

I have never had any problems whether in drive thru or inside w/this location; the burgers/chicken/fries and esp the shakes are great! The people are friendly and super nice(at least to me)so keep up the great service and good work. I come in here at least once a week to this location. read more

Carl's Jr. Is usually good but NOPE not today. Not only did they mess up on almost everything we ordered but one of their female employees flipped off two guys in the parking lot today and yelling at them. I understand people need to make more money to live, but y'all want $15 an hour when you can't even make an order right. Sorry but no. read more

I just ordered a biscuits & gravy. The service was fast but the gravy was the worst gravy I ever had. It was not even gravy. It was literally water with chunks of sausage. Will not be going back to this location. 2 stars because the biscuit was fine. read more

Ever since they started hiring meth addicts here they've been making my kids sick. I thought they were incompetent but it seems like it's on purpose when I have to drive back and forth up to three times to get an order right, or syrup in the soda. read more

The service is aweful. Every time I go there the order is either wrong or the the quality is aweful. Cramming food into a small bag is horrible. Treat my order like you'd expect your food. Not going back read more

Payed for a bacon cheese burger and got a quarter powder with a lot of onion this is unacceptable and I am so done with this restaurant so poorly managed I am severely allergic to onion and had to throw the burger away read more

Really appreciated the customer service here. They made a small slip up on my order. I drove back and they were super professional and remade the order in under a minute flat. The gentleman at window even gave a coupon for inconvenience. Definitely impressed with service and I've always liked Carl's Jr and recommend this location. read more

First off, it takes forever to get through the drive thru every. single. time. Second, I don't prefer any food establishment that increases prices and decreases portion sizes. No thanks! read more

Seriously, how hard is it to take an order. Props to the young man, Danil, who can and assisted the woman at the front taking my order who couldn't understand me, wouldn't listen and can't read because she kept repeating the wrong thing off the screen... THEN agrer waiting forever for our food with literally only 2 other customers in the place they screwed up the order! read more

This location is less then desirable. First off, every time I have been here which has been a few times they ALWAYS had something wrong with my order. Either their was something missing, the wrong burger, no sauce on the chicken sandwich which usually is. I mean, what is going on? All the employees are incompetent teenage jokers that can care less giggling and chattin it up when I pull up..I get it, I was too a couple years back and kind of still am but really? I don't want to have to pull back around which I have done twice now. Always fixed with no question, but I don't ever get an apology either soooo. Get it together ya'll! read more

I picked up dinner for my mom and I here the other night. I ordered the Star burger that's on special and a side salad for each of us. It took 20 minutes to get our food. The salad was warm and the burger was cold. We tried to eat the food, but ended up throwing it away. We both ended up very ill that night. We think we got food poisoning from there. We will not eat there again. read more

Carl's Jr has some of my favorite burgers! I have visited this Carl's quite a few times and it's always been decent enough. No bad experiences to speak of. read more

Asked for crisscut fries, got regular. Was sent off without my quesadillas, realized the mistake in time, but quesadillas which were requests as cheese only had the sauce on them. Drive thru girl didn't pay attention and argued with me over what I ordered. I wasn't given a receipt to fill out a survey or respond to this. Will not go back. read more

Yesterday, a friend treated me to dinner at Carl's Jr location in Keizer, OR. Normally I would have ordered their turkey burger, but I noticed that they had the BEYOND MEAT burger on the menu. I was pleasantly surprised, it really tasted like a regular beef burger, and had excellent texture! I took it as a combo, and the only exception that I made was to skip the cheese. So it had the "normal" amounts of special sauce, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickle and bun. My friend had a classic beef burger combo. Turnaround time was normal for the sit down area of Carl's Jr. I noticed that they upgraded the tables a bit, and now had napkin dispensers on EVERY table. Beyond Meat Burger was really great! It did NOT feel like a "typical" veggie burger (which normally is rather soggy inside a bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle/relish and mayonnaise based sauce). Burger held together despite the fact that I was purposely eating slowly (while chatting with my friend). I also like the fact that there was minimal amounts of salt on the French Fries, and their crispiness held up, despite my eating slowly. I like their beverage dispenser which lets you mix what you want (I split between Lemonade and fruit flavored Tea). Overall, a very good experience, except the price -- a shade over $10 for the Beyond Meat Burger Combo (small sized beverage & fries). OUCH from the wallet, but YUM from my taste buds. read more

Literally the slowest drive thru you'll ever experience. This one is right by my house and I've honestly given it so many chances but forget it! They're NEVER busy yet take now going on 20 minutes and there's still a car ahead of me!! Get your lives together ! read more

The staff here is friendly and the quality is as expected... but always inspect your food before leaving, these folks frequently mess up my orders. They're good about fixing them afterward, but this really shouldn't keep happening so often. read more

Drive thru person was friendly and professional. Fast service. Order was accurate. Everything was there. Food was hot even after driving home. Fries were not old. I'm glad this place is close to my house. I'll definitely be coming back for my burger fix. read more

Came in for dinner, worst experience we have ever had. The staff was rude, waited over 10 minutes for our food, didn't get everything we ordered, food was not even fresh..... didn't get the milk shake I ordered till well after the food got here.. said something to the manager about fries not being fresh and he had an attitude with me. Ordered a veggie burger; it wasn't cooked all the way and the onion rings were way over done. Will not be coming back again read more
