The food is great! The service is sometimes good and sometimes not so good. If there has been a mistake, they are willing to fix it.

Person at window didn't pay attention to the fact I pulled up, so I had to say something to get their attention cuz they were too busy talking about Tik Toks with another worker. I was given the wrong Wagyu burger & they hadn't taken the lettuce or tomato off like I asked, even though it was on the receipt. They also gave me a Beef & Cheddar with no cheese. Went into the Keizer Arby's and ordered one of their new beer fest beef sandwiches in a meal. When I took out my wallet to pay for it the lady said I'm sorry we don't accept anything over a $20 bill. All I had was a $50 and it was the middle of the lunch hour. What kind of business turns away customers because the American currency you have is against their policy. I could have pulled out my debit card but I really wanted to break the 50 so I would have change for the vending machines at work. This location closes their drive thru at 11:00 on Fridays & I came thru about 10 mins before that, but they already had an automated computer thing turned on the menu so it told us they were already closed. I pulled up to the window to look for someone to tell them it wasn't 11:00 yet & we made it before then, but no one was there so I waited & waited & what a shock, no one would show their face while we were sitting there. I thought about just waiting forever until someone finally would show up & just insisting they make us something but I honestly felt like they would've spit in the food or drop it on the floor or something like that. So as soon as we pull away & I waited out front for a minute for it to turn 11:00 & lo & behold, there came 2 workers from the back like they were just waiting for us to pull away and/or for it to officially turn 11:00. I was livid! If u choose to work fast food, then you get the crappy stuff that comes along w/it, like people showing up right before closing! Also, this location is the reason I stopped eating the gyros. I used to love them, but I got one from this location & it was horrid!!! Idk if it was the seasoning or if the meat had gone bad, I really couldn't tell cuz the taste was really THAT BAD!! But I've never been able to eat one since. read more

We have ordered a couple times from this location through Postmates. The first time, they couldn't find any postmate to deliver so we just went through the drive thru. The sandwich I had picked out on the postmates menu, the employee in the drive thru told me they had not had that sandwich on the menu in over a year. So either he was lying or they need to update their postmates menu. Today I ordered a French dip & Swiss and was confused because it sort of looked like the right ingredients but the wrong bun. The French dip & Swiss is on a like 6 inch sub and this was on a hamburger type bun. I also did not get my au jus sauce. I wonder if it's actually just a roast beef with Swiss on it? Our postmate also texted us to say they couldn't read one of the drinks or something and asked what the salted caramel thing was. It's a cookie. Can they not read online orders or something?? Per the service and food tonight it is SHOCKING to me that this location has 4 stars. We had a small order, 1 regular roast beef, 1 loaded Italian sandwich and 1 order of curly fries. They put it to the side apparently and never called it out to us, so it sat there and got cold. Why can't you read your own orders? I ordered a doordash order asked for no tomatoes on chicken sandwich, got them on there, ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich, it came beef and cheddar with some nasty sauce on the bottom bun. I went to the arby's in keizer tonight and the assistant manager David was so helpful and friendly. He was the only one working the closing shift and helped me with a bad pregnancy craving I was having while also providing top notch customer service . What a wonderful man and it just goes to show how great a company can be with wonderful people like him working for them. Thank you Arby's and Thank you David for such amazing customer service. The gyros--the real, Greek ones---were amazing! The sauce sucked. The time it took the employees to make them was insane and ridiculous. 20 minutes to get a sandwich from a fast food drive thru...Arby's, fix yourself. And get a freaking clue and offer the greek lamb gyros all the time. I have no reason at all to go there without them, they are literally the only product you have I will ever buy. Its super gross this location thinks its okay to keep serving food during the remodel. You litrally have no walls or walls going up. I dont care how much plastic is around the kitchen. Its absolutely an unsanitary environment and because of this i will never go here again. If you think its okay to serve dust filled food anything will fly with you guys. Yuck! read more

i absolutely love arby's no matter which one i go to. their food is fresh (except for the fries, but who can blame them?) and it was REAL food, real fast food. the fish sandwiches taste like real fish sandwiches, and not like something you would find in a freezer at all. the atmosphere was very cozy and big, a good place to take your family or friends out to. the last time i ate in there, the employees were talking about their plans and such, and they were pretty happy and looked like they liked doing their jobs, which made my heart feel pretty great. service is speedy as well, it'll only take you about 5 minutes to wait for your order, if it's not completely packed in the drive-thru or inside. i love going here, and so should you! read more
