The location is also really good as it's walking distance from my family's place and the 50th and France area is pleasant to take a stroll around with your ice cream.

I understand things happen but at least have a team meeting or something and get your crap figured out. Extremely disappointed. Not a fun experience. Not a place I'd go back to unless they are able to make things right. I have a daughter in TEARS because of my experience and I have been up all night thinking about what to do.
