Cameron and the receptionist (I've forgotten her name, sorry ) held a whole conversation about random topics with me during the estimate, and kept me up to date on the repairs and process. As soon as I said that, he replied "Do you bring your own cheeseburger to McDonald's?". Instead of calmly answering my questions, he stated yelling at me and was extremely rude and profane. It seems like as soon as you raise any concerns with this shop, they get hostile and start yelling at you. This is absolutely no way to treat customers, no matter the price or the quality of the work. Don't know if I would recommend this shop in the future because god forbid they don't like something you say and they start yelling at you too. UPDATE 6/29: Just received a call saying to pick up my car. The associate on the phone said "We don't do jobs for customers who leave scathing google reviews". This is the most unprofessional, and discriminatory shop I've ever dealt with. DO NOT GO HERE, you will be slave to their questionable business practices and when you begin to ask questions, they verbally harass you and then refuse to work on your car. Instead of listening and caring for their customers, they bully them around and expect a thank you in return. UPDATE #2 6/29: Another bodyshop called Classic to let them know they would be transferring the vehicle tomorrow. The associate on the phone immediately started yelling at the lady from the other bodyshop and told her "I'm gonna leave his car parked in the street with his windows down and the keys in the ignition!". I'm shocked at this point that Classic is frankly still in business and that customers tolerate this kind of treatment from a business owner. Definitely looping in BBB, and also Audi of America to let them know what kind of business they are partnering with.

They did a lot and spent a long time making sure everything was perfect. The entire car was clear bra'd, so they had to remove most of the clear bra in order to be able to blend all the panels correctly. Tim forwarded me pictures of a few stages during the process and let me tell you, they do their craft meticulously. From the taping of the car panels to paint blending to disassembly/reassembly, as good as a new car from the factory. And they do their paintwork right, from using slow reducers for paintwork during the hot summertime to baking the car. The paintjob is probably the thing I'm most impressed with, given the clarity and depth of the paint without a single visible blemish or overspray. I believe one of the painters there has been doing this for more than 20 years, and it shows. Tim in particular was excellent. Thorough, honest communication and always happy and available to chat by phone or text. He alone would be reason enough to bring your car to this shop. But the key phrase here is trustworthiness, which everyone I interacted with at this business exemplified. The only caveat is that, as with anything in life, it takes time to do good work. So if you need your car in and out and don't care so much about perfection, another generic body shop may suit you better. This repair shop will definitely take the time it needs to do the work properly and won't cut corners just for faster turnover. So after pretty much a month from the time I dropped off my car at Karosserie to pickup again at Euro Coachwork, I have my car back in mint condition. Definitely come check out this place for bodywork should the unfortunate situation ever arise. They have certainly earned my business and I think you'd be lucky to have them earn yours too.

Such a high-end exotic car body shop must have a customer liason with as much classiness, dedication to perfection and laser focus on customer service, as the artisans who pour their souls into a great final work product. I went to Conestoga Collision after a hail storm damaged my car for a paintless dent repair (PDR)…read moreestimate advertised as free on their website. I paid $1,283.32 to get my car back. Before dropping off my car, I told the shop I only wanted an initial estimate because I might pay out of pocket. My insurer had warned me it wouldn't cover storage or administrative fees, so I asked directly whether the shop charged them. I was told, "We wouldn't charge those for cars we are working on." After drop-off, the shop sent me a "work authorization form" to sign on my phone while I was at work. It listed no fee amounts, only that fees were posted in the shop. It also included a letter to my insurer, which no one mentioned, saying I had requested an inspection. I hadn't. When my insurer scheduled its adjuster for several days later, I called to pick up my car. I was told taking it would delay things, so I left it there. The shop then charged storage for every one of those days. Nine days after drop-off, the shop told me repairs would cost about $2,850 more than my insurer approved. I declined within the hour. Only then did the shop say it would "generate charges for services rendered." The bill: 10 days of storage at $127 a day starting the day I dropped the car off (half discounted), a $400 administrative fee, and a $201 scan. My card was also charged a 4% "convenience fee" that wasn't on the itemized bill and that I never agreed to. For comparison, the shop that repaired my car charges $95 a day for storage, and only for cars left for weeks. When I raised my concerns at pickup, the clerk was dismissive and didn't offer to escalate. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Conestoga Collision. If you do use them, get every fee in writing before you leave your car, and read every page of anything you sign.
