Drove 3 hours to come here because the only locations near me closed down. Ordered on the app 45 minutes before they close when I was 10 minutes away from this location. When I got there the employee (small female with glasses ) gave me an attitude saying they turn off the oven at 5:30 and she had to turn it back on to make my order . I ordered 3 xl drinks and a breakfast sandwich . Told her I drive 3 hours just for this location but she didn't seem to care . Maybe if they turn off the oven half an hour before close they should state that somewhere . read more

Conveniently located inside Martin's Super Market is Stevensville, making it easy to go grocery shopping with a coffee. I know Caribou Coffee fans have been devastated about their local shop being closed down and I felt that if they have such a loyal fan base despite downsizing I must be missing out by not coming at least once. I also recently found out this is currently the only Michigan location of Caribou Coffee and the next closest spot is in Mishawaka, Indiana. One of my favorite drinks to get at coffee shops as a person who doesn't always want coffee is the chai latte, so I went with that. The BOUsted lemonades I saw on their online menus looked really good so I'll have to come back to check them out. My chai was pretty good, not my most favorite but it's on my list of better than average chai tea lattes. While this location is a bit out of my way, I will be back sooner than later to try more things on their menu. Staff was friendly, area dedicated to them in the grocery store was clean as well as organized and I got my drink quickly. I love love love Caribou, however because of another known coffee chain they left my state. We make it a point to stop and get a cup of regular coffee or a foo foo drink. Both are great. I highly recommend Caribou and this location is the best with a friendly and helpful staff awaiting your order. read more

If I give Caribou a less-than five-star rating, it's because of service. If I go out of my way to give Caribou a rating, it will also be because of service. This place has never disappointed in providing patience when trying to decide what to order, grace when I make a mistake in that order, and flexibility when I place the order, find something else to buy in the store, and come back a bit later than I had anticipated after the order was made. I stood in line waiting to be acknowledged, greeted by staff for 6 minutes- yes - I timed it. the lady making an order kept looking at me but did not say hello or ask me if I needed anything. What she did do was ask the customer she had been chatting with, about me. It was the customer who asked me if I wanted to order to which I replied yes and she told me I was in the wrong line. There were 3 people in this venue at this time- 1 at drive up - 1 doing tasks (she is the one who waited on me). This is my favorite coffee place around town, everyone who works there is great and makes amazing drinks. There is a wide variety of beverages that you can get, anything from your regular cup of joe to shakes (which are absolutely incredible.) I enjoy this coffee shop, maybe a little too much, but the great thing about that is that I get points from being a perks member! For every dollar I spend I get two points and once I reach 120 points then it's a free drink for me! If I don't want to use that and save it for later, the points will just keep collecting and you can chose to do whatever you want with them which is nice! Their drinks are "clean" which means that they're made with the real deal and not any of the fake preservatives! -I highly recommend stopping by your local caribou and giving it a try. read more

Always love Caribou. It's my favorite place for coffee in town. A white chocolate raspberry mocha with a blueberry scone? Yes please! Their bakery goods are from Bit of Swiss, and are so good. There is plenty of seating upstairs in Martins too. read more

My husband and I love caribou coffee and were so excited to find one when we moved to Michigan as all the locations in Illinois have been closed for several years. We went through the drive through and were very happy with the service and our dogs appreciated the treats as well! read more

I known not to expect much from a chain, but when they had the Starbucks I enjoyed every visit. This time definitely less than satisfied. Cappuccino frothier works well, I will give them that much, but the taste of burner powder cuts through the milk. Sugar, and even a stale macadamia nut cookie did not help. Cookie is large, but only a dollar. You overpay for the coffee, that is for sure. I just opened a bag of Intelligentsia beans at home, so I might have too high of an expectation, but it is what it is. Everybody is stepping up the coffee game, and but this time the Starbucks probably would have offered a Clover for this area. So far the Clover machine is the best you can get from a large chain coffee house, namely Starbucks. By the way, the service at Caribou here was never pleasant either, save the Manager Sarah who transitioned well from The old location. If you are just passing by- keep driving: there is a Martins with Starbucks down the road, and also a Panera which you will like more than this self-exalted joint. read more

You can't go wrong with specialty coffee and a drive thru! My only complaint is that Caribou coffee drinks appear to have more calories and fat than similar ones from Starbucks. Just check the nutrition facts so you know how bad of a hit you are taking! read more

I won't be coming back here. I've ordered a certain drink 3 different times here, and only once have I received the correct one, and after the long wait, it's just not worth it to try to correct them, especially since the staff isn't that friendly to begin with. read more
