Caribou Coffee is my favorite chain coffee and coffee shop. Put that disclaimer up front. The shop on the corner of the busy Brier Creek Shopping area can be a destination or a place to stop after shopping for a quick coffee. The menu of items is easy to read with pricing up front. I regularly need to ask the staff what is the difference between one type of drink to another, for example, cold vs. crafted press, and I always receive helpful and friendly assistance. The drinks are always make correctly and taste great. Unfortunately they never seem to last very long! I enjoy iced mochas and appreciate the options of milk or dark chocolate. Drip coffee is available. Bagels and cream cheese and baked goods are available at this store. The coffee app is a must if you decide to become a regular. The rewards are similar to other coffee apps and the offers seem to be pretty frequent. This location represents the Caribou Coffee vibe with its (limited) leather seating and fireplace despite being on the smallish side. Overall the seating on the inside and plenty more chairs and tables outside provide enough places to enjoy your coffee and tea.

    XL Iced Mint Condition

At first I ordered an iced caramel high rise with extra caramel and it was ok at best. I give them a lot of credit since it was 30 minutes before close however I give them a 5 stare because when I went in to ask them to adjust it they took the old one and asked me if I wanted the same thing or something else without me having to prompt them and were so friendly and happy about making it right. The staff were so nice! The environment was clean and orderly and over all was the cherry on top for why I like going to them over any other coffee shops. The coffee the remade for me was rich and perfect in flavor. Thanks to everyone there to make it happen and keep the customers happy.

Rear entrance. Bathrooms with electronic locks. Must get code to use. Watch out. Other customers can walk in on you

This place needs a ton of upkeep. It's usually unkempt (dirty tables and worse bathrooms) The so called baristas are vert young college age kids. (There has not been a guy there in almost 1year) Be careful how you ask for anything or what you share with them In other words. Don't have small talk The ceiling leaks all winter and they put a bucket underneath in the middle of the floor There are only 6 outlets in the entire place And so if it is crowded good luck charging your phone or laptop And many of them are so old your plug will not stay connected Now the coffee is pretty good. So if you can put up with all of that The food is all microwave items. Not very good and overpriced Thet So...Raleigh has many excellent cafes that do a much better job Hope this helps

This caribou coffee offers cozy seating by an electric fire inside or manifold tables by a meadow-esque grass area outdoors. We tried the cinnamon coffee cake, which was warmed and nicely complimented our beverages. The wait time wasn't long, even given the extensive line.

    Pumpkin Espresso Shaker

This was my first time visiting and I was disappointed. The service was kind, but my coffee had white chunks in it (even after mixing) and tasted like sour milk. Will not be visiting again!

My husband and I love coming here almost weekly. It gets a little busy on weekend mornings but it's never insane like Starbucks and it somehow retains a small coffeehouse feel which I absolutely love. The people who work here are amazing. It's the same group week after week, giving awesome recommendations and good service. The coffee is so good too. Whether it's an iced coffee, cappuccino or one of the speciality lattes that tastes like s'mores, I always leave happier than when I came and caffeinated for my day ahead!

The food is tasty and they care about their community. They're a good stop for a light breakfast or pastries.

It's honestly one of the first welcoming beacons you see after getting through TSA and heading down to the gates. It's a refreshing change from the usual airport lineup, especially compared to the typical Starbucks. The drink options are fantastic, with a great variety that goes beyond your standard coffee, breakfast menu, and you can really taste the quality. That said, the ordering process can be a bit confusing. It's not always clear whether you should order at the tablet or directly with staff, which can slow things down a bit, especially during busy travel times. The sitting is also limited. It might be better to grab and go. It does get busy, lines are pretty common, but honestly, that's to be expected. When you're at the airport, caffeine is non-negotiable, and this spot is clearly a favorite. Overall, a great stop for quality coffee before a flight, just plan a little extra time. I will likely be back during my travels.

I always stop here--grab a coffee and some bacon before my flights out. The pricing is affordable for an airport, and the staff is very polite and quick with orders. There are several kiosks with computer screens where you place your order; once submitted, you can choose to print a receipt or have it texted to you. When your order is ready, they call your name and you pick it up. There is tall bar seating with built-in outlets for charging, as well as a few tables with chairs--perfect for getting some work done. Every drink I ordered at TeaQ is superb, and we regularly stop by for fun drinks. One day, we showed up right as the shop was closing and we parked outside trying to find another tea shop to go. Someone from inside came to knock on our windows to tell us that we can still order and she'd make them for us. That was such a kind gesture that I still remember to this day! That said, there was a pretty strong smell coming from the nail salon next door that carried into the shop and made it hard to fully enjoy our drinks. I ordered the mango green tea with boba at 50% sweetness, and it was still way too sweet for my taste. One of my friends ordered her drink at 25% sweetness and felt the same way, so even with reduced sugar, the drinks were pretty overpowering. Service was quick and friendly, which was a plus. Overall, the drinks didn't really do it for me, and If I'm in the mood for boba, I'd probably check out another spot in the Triangle next time.
