Worst customer service I've ever seen. My mom (a senior citizen with health issues) bought a car and was led to believe that an extended warranty was included in the purchase price for the vehicle. When asked whether she had to provide a down payment, the dealership told her that "the bank" demanded $2,000. After the purchase I looked over the contract and realized that $4,500 was added to the financing to pay for the warranty so I cancelled it. The dealership told me they would be giving my mom a cheque for the full $4,500. After waiting weeks for the cheque they finally told me to come pick it up, then called me just a few hours before I was supposed to get it to tell me they aren't actually allowed to do that and the money has to go back to the financing company. I also spoke to the financing company later and found out that they never demanded the $2,000 down payment at all - Cardinal Kia had listed it on the only financing application that was submitted by the dealership and the dealership never asked the financing company if my mom could forego the down payment despite explicitly telling us that the opposite. Do yourself a favour and shop for your car somewhere else. If you do shop here be sure to check your contract very carefully as I know another person who also managed to buy an extended warranty at this dealership without realizing it, and since they didn't catch that until more than 30 days later they couldn't cancel it like we did. If you find the car you want here and you really need to get it from this dealership then at the very least I suggest that you arrange your own financing ahead of time rather than trust this dealership to do so. If you're considering buying from this place you may also want to know that the dealership was fined by OMVIC for failing to disclose accidents and commercial use of their used vehicles in 2020 (https://www.omvic.on.ca/portal/Portals/0/pdf/discipline/2020/DisciplineDecision-1019554-Ontario-Limited-o-a-Cardinal-KIA-and%E2%80%93Giuseppe-Butera-Nov-18.pdf), so it's definitely "buyer beware" with this place. read more

I am honestly amazed that this dealership is open. Now I know why it is always completely empty and customers look completely frustrated. I have never witnessed such arrogance for a car dealership, especially a Kia dealership in the middle of nowhere in Niagara Falls. I was returning a leased vehicle and asked about getting a ride home via the 'courtesy shuttle' and was told that they would be able to accommodate me, unfortunately after I signed the return paperwork, I promptly learned that my money was no longer good there and was told that they could only give me a ride to the bus stop at Walmart that is on the corner. Horrible, horrible customer service. Never mind having to wait in the waiting room while you complete my paperwork, but then literally telling me that you are only willing to take me to the bus stop, and even when I mentioned the actual bus terminal across the street you said no. Meanwhile you haven't had a customer walk in all day. What a joke. Horrible dealership, never spend a dollar here, they don't deserve it, and you will definitely not get any sort of loyalty great customer service here. read more

I really dont know where to begin with the problems with the kia service department in Niagara Falls.First problem I had with this garage was shortly after purchasing my vehicle from them I had a faulty driver side seat belt that took 3 months to fix. Reason why it took so long is because they said the part is on back order. They will not call you and inform of anything new happening you have to call continuously. This put my safety at harm for 3 months which is ridiculous.Second problem was after changing my tail light multiple times and charging me each time for service on the third time it was faulty wiring in the car witch also took the almost a month and a half to get the connector ordered its Unbelievable ! They purposely are wasting time so that your 5 year or 100 000km warranty is all used up and then the expense is out of your pocket for these costly repairs. Next problem is trying to schedule a simple appointment and getting verification it was done.Remember that you are paying a premium for there serves and expect professionalism from them. Going for oil change no sticker in the window as to when the next oil change is? Also popped the hood when got home oil split all over top of engine and mechanic didnt even bother to wipe of a brand new vehicle, you will have to double check with them to make sure they do everything listed on a typical oil change like lubing the door hinges, checking tire pressure,and checking fluid all of these things where missed on my last oil change.Instead the reception Michelle will try and sell you things like a new cabin or engine filter at a premium or even serpentine belt when the original is not broken or worn and also not a part that needs to be replaced until 96000km this is listed in your cars handbook, I didnt just make it up.last complaint Im going to register is booking appointments with this dealership ship is just disgusting OMG, Called ahead of time to book appointment to get brakes checked show up today for appointment today and reception said they are behind this is a regular occurrence with this place its so frustrating why bother making an appointment if there not going to go by it. Typical oil change 30mins I have waited befor for over 2 and halfs hours.I have spoke to several People at this place including matt I believe name is Matt or Jason one of those anyway regarding my issues and nothing ever gets resolved, After continuously staying on top of this people they fixed the seat belt and light after about 6 months of phones calls save your time and money and patience and dont bother with this place.I could have written allday with all of the other problems I had. Bought a 2018 back in January , our first Kia, up front the salesman was great Majid was his name very nice man knew his stuff not pushy like most salesman could not do enough until we signed up and monies changed hands then a different storey, had an issue with a remote starter Majid did try to resolve the issues twice and on both occasions I had to return, after the second time I requested he give me a call to keep me in the loop well I never got any calls back from anyone at the dealership after calling leaving VM, emails etc. until I called Kia Canada to complain then I got the call from there service department. Here I am still having a problem had it back 6 times total since January and now they wont return my calls, asked the guy behind the service counter for the name of the owner and he said Joe but claimed he did not know his last name then stated I can not pronounce it bunch of you know what, between him and the service manager (Lady don't know the name) they also had a hard time with this remote starter and they will not give me the name and number of the installation company, in a nut shell since buying in January nothing but poor service and lack of communication from the service /sales team I have not had any service work at this time and I can tell you all I will drive to St Cathrines Kia out of my way for all my service needs, I intend keeping this new car in showroom condition that means they have lost a lot of business $$$ treating me this way shame on them and their loss. Buy Kia great car but don't go to Cardinal for any service you will regret it. read more

Although their service department is staffed by friendly helpful staff, the only thing the sales people help is themselves to your hard earned money by acting like typical scamming lying salesmen. We were promised all kinds of things to buy a vehicle from this dealership, and when gave them the cash and picked up our vehicle, we discovered that all their promises were a pack of lies!! They weaseled out of every single condition of the sale. Put your money into a Kia--great vehicle--but buy it somewhere else. If I could take away that one star I would.
