I naively purchased 2 vehicles from this lot in the past and just accepted the unprofessionalism and misogyny as part of doing business as a women in an industry full of slimeballs. The second time I purchased a vehicle I told my salesman that I would be away for several weeks and would would pick up the vehicle when I returned, giving them plenty of time to prepare my vehicle. When I returned, it seemed that I was forgotten about as they already had my money. My vehicle was not ready and I waited an additional week before it was ready for pickup.
Most recently a family member of mine also purchased a vehicle from this lot and had the same complaints, that the salespeople were unprofessional and condescending to her, as she is also a woman. On pickup day she waited an hour and a half to receive her vehicle and again the staff were unprofessional and disrespectful. She was then accused of withholding documents that would allow the lot to be reimbursed for a "referred by family" discount, the but documents were actually misplaced by the salesman.
I urge this lot and people who work there to just do better. Treat people with dignity and respect and appreciate you customers, because there are now two people who will never buy hyundai again. read more
