As soon as we walked in he came up to us to help us out. We went to his desk and talked about what I was looking into. He then got the 2 cars pulled up for me to take a look at. He allowed me to test drive the Tucson and let me bring my husband and newborn along with me. He helped us get the car seat and stroller into the car and told me about some features of the car. I decided I wanted the car and it didn't take long to get everything squared away so that I could leave with my car that same day! It was a very easy and painless process! Because we had our newborn with us, it made it slightly more stressful, but everyone working here was so friendly saying hi to my baby.

I recently took my car in for a diagnosis as it had started behaving poorly…read more I suggested it was a potentially a faulty injector, but wanted their expert opinion. After 400+ dollars, I was told that it was going to be a rather expensive repair in their opinion so I asked them to fix it at which time they said they did not have the proper equipment to complete the repair. I fortunately found a professional repair shop close by that was able to do the work at a reasonable rate and I had explained that what Trinity said they believed it to be and did not have the new shop preform a second diagnosis as I was already out of pocket a fair sum of money, After all, you should be able to trust your mechanic to deliver on a diagnosis right? keep reading. Long story short, the work was conducted, but didn't cure the issue. so I had the new shop diagnose the car and they fixed the actual issue which was just an injector. ( a fairly simple thing to fix and easy to diagnose). This cost me about the same with the parts as the incorrect diagnosis that Trinity had preformed. When asked for some compensation ie. reimbursement of the amount I spent for the faulty diagnosis, I was told that they believed they had no responsibility to offer me any compensation and that we should agree to disagree. I personally will not be returning to this shop and there will never be a recommendation given.

I'm a tech junkie, and I started watching for the 2023 Niro back when the release date of "the end…read moreof summer 2022," listed on Kia.com was far enough away to illicit an, "Awww, damn." My husband is on his 6th Prius and keeps bugging me to get one, but I just can't bring myself to have matching cars. I spotted the Niro, and forgot all about my (2020 Kia) Soul. Granted, getting 49-54 mpg for this size hybrid with all these safety features was an easy sell. On my Friday snow day (don't hate), I finally spotted a few Niros for sale that were not top-level models, so I decided to stop in to Northtown Kia to snoop. Turns out the green one I was coveting was already scooped up, so after a chat, Mike Maniscalco made sure to toss me right into the prettiest damn 2023 Niro EX Touring you have ever seen, so OF COURSE I was in love. (With the Niro. I'm married, weirdo.) I mean really, how can you say no to color changeable ambient dashboard lighting?!? (Kidding, of course. That was just an happy surprise when Mike walked me through the features before he sent me off into a snowstorm.) Even though this blue beauty was one model up from what I came in for, Mike worked with me to get the payments to where I wanted them. I couldn't be happier with my second Northtown Kia purchase.

My father-in-law was at the dealership this afternoon for a few hours and had many questions about financing and the loan process in general. We were on the phone with him to help guide him through everything. He was repeatedly apologetic because he knew he was asking a lot of questions, and the sales representatives were patient and respectful with him. However, toward the end of the transaction--right before finalizing--the finance manager, Jim Kelley, made a highly inappropriate comment. As he was leaving the office, he said, "these fucking people," referring to my father-in-law and possibly to us on the phone with him. This comment was completely disrespectful, felt racially charged, and came entirely out of left field. After hearing this, we no longer felt comfortable giving this dealership our business. My husband asked my father-in-law to request his keys, ID, and registration back and leave. If you choose to go here, be aware of this extremely disrespectful behavior from the finance manager.
