Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer. I say this because I had the same experience as them. I went there to look for a car I saw online. I told the guy I am paying cash and we sat down in his office. He never told me his name, but he was a middle aged Punjabi guy. The car was around $33,000. I was willing to buy it the same day except he told me my payments will be about $505 a month. I asked why he said because of the extended warranty which I wasn't even aware of. I asked him to take that off and I don't need it to which he responded to " OH NO THIS IS MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. MINIMUM 1 YEAR AT LEAST FOR $3000 AS THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" I have never heard of a company police where you have to take extended warranty. I said I don't want it rather just buy the car he flat out told me no I have to take it or he cant sell me the car. So I walked out and said thank you. I later called to speak to the manager but one of the financial advisors answered so I asked him if its the company policy to buy extended warranty and he said no its optional so I explained what happened earlier and asked to talk to the manager and he said no the manager is gone they are closed but it was 30 min before closing and he just went quiet when I told him that. He then told me he works in finance and is not sure about what the policies are and hung up. Now with that being said it has happened to a lot of other people, there is no way these guys have such high reviews unless they are friends or ppl they may have paid to say these things. To be honest I would never waste my money or time at a place where the salesperson is ready to lie and scam you and when you call to complain they don't take the complain but as for your info to call you back. Prudent advertising the cheapest financing for only 5.79% and everybody is so…read moreexcited.........meanwhile the interest is only 5.79% BUT they charge a HUGE fee about 40% the amount they lend you. So for a $20K loan (title loan which they use your car as collateral, means no risk) you need to repay $31K total in 3 years which is 31% and NOT 5.79%. How is that screwing you the buyer? if you like to pay out the loan, lets say after a year you only save the 5.79% of interest while the HUGE FEE you prepaid is GONE!!!!! Oh, and buying a car from them.........not only the charge you the 31% (total with the fees) but they sell their cars 30% over market value. So if you guys think that prudent is still the best........then you deserve the screwing they are giving you. My wife has a title loan and YES they do charged us $11000 fees for a $31000 title loan while the interest was 5.9% and yes they do divide the huge fee to only 19 months while the actual loan is for 36 months.....so if we like to repay the loan in the middle of it we get nothing from the fees back. You should be ashamed lying about it on the web while i have all the papers to prove it!!!!!!

Was in contact with Abdul and he was too busy for our appt so we were passed onto someone else…read more We inspected the Acura RDX and it had loads of damage and sales guy says he could get his guy to fix it all but only after I challenged him each time he said no. So I asked to test drive which is what Abdul and I discussed on the phone. But the sales guy said we had to go inside and talk numbers first before the test drive to see if we agree on a number and wanted to know if we were financing or paying cash and I responded with cash. He said he didn't want to waste either one's time. My response to that was that that was a poor attitude and that I was walking away. Is it standard practice now to agree to a price before test driving? That makes no sense! And Abdul knew I was driving in from Burlington during rush hour. I would never recommend this dealership.
