Was in contact with Abdul and he was too busy for our appt so we were passed onto someone else. We inspected the Acura RDX and it had loads of damage and sales guy says he could get his guy to fix it all but only after I challenged him each time he said no. So I asked to test drive which is what Abdul and I discussed on the phone. But the sales guy said we had to go inside and talk numbers first before the test drive to see if we agree on a number and wanted to know if we were financing or paying cash and I responded with cash. He said he didn't want to waste either one's time. My response to that was that that was a poor attitude and that I was walking away. Is it standard practice now to agree to a price before test driving? That makes no sense! And Abdul knew I was driving in from Burlington during rush hour. I would never recommend this dealership. read more

This place is the worst. I think it must be a front for some other "business" because they couldn't care less about their customers or customer service. My husband really wanted a specific car he had scene on Autotrader and they wouldn't even let him test drive it until he made a down payment! The car was in the middle of their showroom blocked in by lots of other cars. I guess to lazy to do the work of moving all the cars. My husband ended up buying the car. He had to wait a few days to pick it up because it was supposed to get a tune up as he noticed a few things that were off when they finally did let him test drive it.When he picked up the car someone said they would go get it for him and so he waited at the front of the shop for 45 MINUTES, he then went to ask when the 20k car he had just purchased was and they were like "oh right'. Over the course of the next week we realized that not one thing they said they would fix was actually fixed. There wasn't even a wiper blade on the back windshield!! The list is long of the things wrong with the car but the main one was the brakes. They made an awful grinding noise and didn't work as well as they should. kind of important, brakes that work. Call me crazy. We had 36 days to return the car and have repairs done if there were things that were off, so we made an appointment and went back with the car. The mechanic took it for a test drive and of course came back saying the brakes were fine as they still fell within safety standards, if even just by a hair. This is at which point we made a scene inside the dealership about the horrible service and the shady business practice. The manager then came over and said fine they will fix the brake pads at not cost. We only had to make a scene to get this done. Another main issue was the drivers side seat heater didn't work, this of course was never looked at or acknowledge and still doesn't work. Bottom line is this place REALLY sucks and we would never go back. read more

Customer service was ok ans owner was nice too but that was just to impress customer. After, I book my car (by paying booking money which I can't get back if i cancel my car) they all started to show their true colour. They charged me 200 dollar xtra for using credit card and I also have to pay extra for warranty which i was told is included in price. Right after 2 days i felt there is muffler leakage in my car and i went to them arguing how come you done your when there is a leakage in my muffler. They told me they will fix it for me but under warranty which I bought from them. I was like you should fix it yourself as it has problem from your side. Turns out they wont do it for me and I have to get it fix for $700.Not to mention owner was rude all the time after first time. Won't recommend for anyone. read more

As we speak, I just pulled out cardboard I put under the car over night as I thought I saw oil drips in my driveway. Sure enough there is oil leaking now, let's see what this will cost me now. I happened to be shopping for a used car and this place was the first one i visited, everything was going smoothly until I tell the guy i need time to think about the price, i wasnt even haggling about it, all i said was "i need time to think about it, it's my first car so". He immediately ripped off the paper with my info on it and swear if I comeback tomorrow he will sell it to me 150$ higher than the marked price. Im sure you find it hard to believe but it actually happened. I'm not sure this was his sale tactic or he's treating me based on my race. Nonetheless, this is not how you treat your customer. His name was Sam Ahmadi. And here's another rip off thing: they won't let you test drive the car until you bought it. Take your money somewhere else if you don't want to get treated like garbage.

I say this because I had the same experience as them. I went there to look for a car I saw online. I told the guy I am paying cash and we sat down in his office. He never told me his name, but he was a middle aged Punjabi guy. The car was around $33,000. I was willing to buy it the same day except he told me my payments will be about $505 a month. I asked why he said because of the extended warranty which I wasn't even aware of. I asked him to take that off and I don't need it to which he responded to " OH NO THIS IS MANDATORY AND YOU HAVE TO TAKE IT. MINIMUM 1 YEAR AT LEAST FOR $3000 AS THIS IS COMPANY POLICY" I have never heard of a company police where you have to take extended warranty. I said I don't want it rather just buy the car he flat out told me no I have to take it or he cant sell me the car. So I walked out and said thank you. I later called to speak to the manager but one of the financial advisors answered so I asked him if its the company policy to buy extended warranty and he said no its optional so I explained what happened earlier and asked to talk to the manager and he said no the manager is gone they are closed but it was 30 min before closing and he just went quiet when I told him that. He then told me he works in finance and is not sure about what the policies are and hung up. Now with that being said it has happened to a lot of other people, there is no way these guys have such high reviews unless they are friends or ppl they may have paid to say these things. To be honest I would never waste my money or time at a place where the salesperson is ready to lie and scam you and when you call to complain they don't take the complain but as for your info to call you back. You been warned. Good luck.

Prudent advertising the cheapest financing for only 5.79% and everybody is so…read moreexcited.........meanwhile the interest is only 5.79% BUT they charge a HUGE fee about 40% the amount they lend you. So for a $20K loan (title loan which they use your car as collateral, means no risk) you need to repay $31K total in 3 years which is 31% and NOT 5.79%. How is that screwing you the buyer? if you like to pay out the loan, lets say after a year you only save the 5.79% of interest while the HUGE FEE you prepaid is GONE!!!!! Oh, and buying a car from them.........not only the charge you the 31% (total with the fees) but they sell their cars 30% over market value. So if you guys think that prudent is still the best........then you deserve the screwing they are giving you. My wife has a title loan and YES they do charged us $11000 fees for a $31000 title loan while the interest was 5.9% and yes they do divide the huge fee to only 19 months while the actual loan is for 36 months.....so if we like to repay the loan in the middle of it we get nothing from the fees back. You should be ashamed lying about it on the web while i have all the papers to prove it!!!!!!

I immediately noticed that he was coughing uncontrollably and constantly. Marcelo has been coughing the entire time during the test drive and he did not cover his mouth while coughing. I became worried and asked him THREE times if he's sick, I told him that I am severely immunocompromised, I have an autoimmune condition as well as a heart condition that puts me at the risk of cardiac death from any viral infections. I cannot afford to be sick. Marcelo ensured me that's he's not sick, he's okay to work and there's nothing to worry about. I assumed his cough is from asthma or some acid reflux problems. Guess what? I became extremely ill last night with diffuse viral respiratory infection symptoms and now am bed bound with COVID, pneumonia and about to be hospitalized. People's health is not something to be taken lightly and played with. Imagine if they can lie to your face about this, what else they couldn't? How could you expect me to buy a vehicle from you if you know you're sick and I will be soon be sick too because you lied to and has been coughing to an immunocompromised customer who at the risk of viral infection death? If I end up with serious complications this dealership can expect to hear from my lawyer.

I came into this dealership with the impression that it would be like every place I went too. But I have to say I was corrected and soon found out that this is really a great place to get a car. Before even stepping into the dealership I did my research like many of you who are looking at this review I would bet it is because you are doing your research first. However, I am learning that sometimes you have to see some thing hands on before jumping into conclusions. The dealership had the car I wanted on autotrader which was the 2012 Audi A6 white with black interior. Regardless of anyone's review I had to see it for myself and I did. I called the number provided and spoke to a sales rep . Kevin. He told me the car was still available and I could come into see it today. I made the appointment to see it in the next 3 hours. Believe it or not when I went to the dealership kevin came to meet me and brought me to the car. I thought they would need time to clean it, I was also thinking it would not be in good condition but I was corrected. The car was in great condition and was outside ready for me to test drive. Kevin also showed me all of the information on the vehicle went through all of the specks and details of the car. I have to say, him and many other reasons is why I bought this car at bell Auto. I did financing for the car and mind you my credit was not the best and I got approved. Until now I have taken the car and from time to time I will ask kevin a question about the car and he completely answers it without putting me aside as I was no longer a customer. I like to share my experience about this company. I was in search of a used vehicle and I drove around with my fiancé to a few dealerships. The thing that inspired me to write this review is not about their cars, it was actually their staff and how I was respected as soon as I walked into their dealership I was greeted with a warm welcome. Walked around the showroom and never felt pressured. We were a little hesitant about purchasing a car before test driving it but Dary let us test drive the car before we put any deposit on the car. I guess this was the turning point for me , on the test drive Dary was so knowledgable about our car and explained all the features during the test drive that when we got to the dealership we were sold on Dary and his knowledge about the product he was selling. I purchased my Benz c300 2 years ago from Bell Auto the service was amazing and everyone was very nice and professional. They got me an amazing price on my car with a power train warranty. I have not used my warranty but I know it was a wise decision for me to purchase the warranty. I have been back for service few times and I have been treated with nothing but respect. The place is very clean and one thing I like about the place is that it is a family run business and everyone treats you like a friend, main person is Kamran he is very hard person to see but make sure you ask for him because he is the big boss and will make sure you are satisfied. recently bought a vehicle from bell auto and have to say hands down best experience I've had buying a used car. Danny was exceptional and definitely went way above normal customer service. If your buying a car make sure you ask for Danny. he was very professional when dealing with financing and made himself available at all hours for any concerns I had even taking his own time to meet me at the dealership on a long weekend to assist me in a issue I had. OMG! I had the best experience buying my car at Bell Auto. From the time i exited my car, my son and I were warmly greeted by the best salesperson EVER!!!...Tony. It's been some time since I've been in the market for a vehicle and Tony was able to show us all the cars that matched our needs, wants and budget. Just picked up my new Honda Accord from Dary! He had really great customer service and was able to get me a really low interest rate. Great showroom, lots of variety of cars to choose from. I have been to other dealerships but Bell Auto was a complete different experience. I bought a 2013 Nissan Altima 2.5SL. This car has all the features, and the best price. The sales team and the manager made my purchase seem so easy. STAY AWAY! This place is run by HORRIBLE people who are not informed of customer service in the slightest bit. The sales reps will say ANYTHING to get you to give a deposit.
