Try your best to avoid this place…read more I was quoted $250, twice, several weeks apart, for a silver package detail plus polish for my 2013 Mustang. I even had texts from the owner confirming it. When I showed up for my appointment, they suddenly told me it would be $300 with no real explanation. That alone should've been a red flag, but I went ahead since I was already there. Two hours later, I get a call saying my car is ready. I show up, and from afar, it looks decently clean, but as soon as I got up close, it looked like they barely touched it. Streaks and smudges all over the entire car, worse on the windows, dirt still in multiple areas that were never even touched, and several more spots completely missed. It looked way more like a rushed basic wash, not a paid detail. It got to a point during my inspection where I grabbed a rag myself and started cleaning the car while an employee followed me around trying to fix things. That's how bad it was. I called the owner, and instead of taking responsibility, he said the car "wasn't finished" and that I shouldn't have been called yet, which just makes things worse. Why call me if the job isn't done? I then had to stand there for another hour while all six employees rushed to redo the work. Even after being told three separate times that it was "done," the results were still mediocre at best. In the end, I was charged nearly $350 plus tax for a job that I could've done better myself, a lot of which I did do myself. The only positive is that the staff were somewhat apologetic and aware of their mistake and tried their best to fix it. In the end the car looked a little better than when I got there but still far from what I would expect from a professional detailing service. Overpriced, disorganized, and poor quality work. I would not trust them with your car. P.S. I am in disbelief that they ever even polished my car, it looked exactly the same as when I hand wash it. However that seemed to be the least of my worries at the time.

I was told it would take a couple of hours but I told them to take their time as I wasn't in a rush and had the day off work. I wasn't sure what to expect. Around 5:30pm I called to check in with the status and they told me it was ready! When I got to the shop I could already see the beautiful shine on the exterior and the tires! Wow! Then when I opened up my car door, I get like it wasn't even my car! The guys here did a fantastic job! I couldn't recognize my own car. It felt like the day it felt when I bought her! I really liked that they also didn't misgender me. As someone who is part of the lgbtq community, this is something I always encounter. And I for sure thought I would encounter it at a business where he employees are men. But nope. They called me ma'am and it may seem minuscule to some but to me it meant a lot! They are honest guys doing honest work, and you can tell from the vibe at the shop that they are focused, professional and won't dick you around! I will be definitely going back for my car needs!

I made an appointment with Dave and his team, skeptical that anything much could be done. Well, colour me knocked out when we picked it up! The interior was immaculate, and the outside had surface scratches buffed out. The car looked terrific, causing the previous owner to remark it didn't even look like their old car. I only wish I had taken photos to show the miracle they performed on this car. I will always return for detailing. I highly recommend his services; you will not be disappointed.

I reached out and John was amazing made a very reasonable quote that my husband said "Done!" There times that they were available were always very reasonable (who is open till 7 pm on a Saturday? Thank you for that made doing other errands easier) Apparently Carl is the electronic specialist that actually installed my equipment. It is beautiful. It works great. I didn't even know that both cameras recorded at the same time and I can see everything they were wonderful to show me that everything worked before I left. Today, this was my experience: 1. The owner reprimanded me for picking up my car 20 minutes later than what his employee had told me. I have been going here for a long time and it was never an issue before, in fact I've had to wait extra time and that is why I took some time. Also, the owner of the car wash is also the owner of the other business on the premises, which shares the parking lot, so I'm not sure why he was freaking out. Also, I was the only customer at the car wash, so again, not sure why he made such a big stink out of this. 2. When I drove my car, I noticed that it was filthy in between the seats. And the trunk. So, while he had been complaining that I had taken too long to retrieve my vehicle, I had been right to wait. Instead of trying to unload my car quickly, he should have checked that it had been cleaned properly. I went back and told him this and he was argumentative. 3. I began to drive away again only to notice that yet again, the car remained dirty, as if no one had bothered to vacuum it. I mentioned to him again that if he hadn't been in such a hurry, perhaps he could've done a better job--the job I paid him for. The owner was beyond rude. He didn't offer any apology. He was so upset over waiting a few extra minutes, but because of his incompetence, I ended up wasting much more than that. Never again. This place sucks and the owner is rude. The owner will tell you that this is the best place in Toronto, but if you look at the other reviews, you'll see that there are a lot of people who can disprove this statement. You work hard for your money, so don't waste it here. Go somewhere better.
