Axis refused to allow my husband to purchase the vehicle. They ghosted him. Jennifer Galvez and Santiago Godinho ensured that my husband's money was not being added to the loan. My husband's bank noted that the payments were not being added to the loan. When my husband inquired about records, he was met with conflict and dismissal. Moving forward, my husband was advised to stop payment until the loan was settled. Axis refused a buy-out. My husband is a veteran and he served for the UN. On November 11th, the truck was towed away by Axis. My husband has now retained a lawyer and has finally paid out the loan. However, the lot where the truck is being held refuses to release the truck. While all of this is happening, we have been trying to prepare our house for sale. Our lives have been disrupted and turned upside-down. My husband has lost a tremendous amount of weight. He is sleep deprived and has lost his appetite. My stress levels have been elevated to anxiety attacks and hypertension stage 1. I'm not sure how much more we can withstand. Whatever you do refuse any loans with Trend, Carma or Car Loans Canada, they all fall under Axis Auto Finance. You will be dragged into a web of pain and suffering.

Deal fell through because I felt pressured. I started calling in January 2026 to get my original registration which Philippe took and gave me a photocopy. He flagged it as a fraudulent application - clearly to harass me. Gave me a legal department number which does not exist - yes, I called, but the Account Manager said "I don't think we even have a Legal Department". No replies, no one to talk to - Apparently they are all independent Sr. Managers and do not deal with each other. I was able to speak with Philippe and he said that he is not even sure that I left my original registration there. Because apparently, they do not have it anymore. I asked to speak to a manager - did not give his name. He was even more rude and said that I can just go and get a new copy for $10.00. That is not the point. They lost my personal document with all my details and treat is as if it's just scrap paper. When I told them that we can ask for a copy of their CCTV to confirm Philippe had my OR, he said sure. What kind of scam are these guys running? Please, go somewhere else.

The hours are also later like some TD branches, up to 8pm on weekdays.

As there are no tellers, there are state of the art machines to deposit you money and pay bills. They also take coins.
