Unfortunately, It has reached a point where I needed it fixed as my rear lights/brake lights and defrost had stopped working rendering the car not driveable due to safety. Since my usual repair shop was not able to look at prior and without appointment I had to find another place fast. I thought a body shop might be a better choice for this as they deal with this type of repairs when a car is involved in an accident. I googled a few places and ultimately, I took a chance on this place. Called, spoke with Tony. He seemed very nice, down to earth and confident that he could help, their hourly rate was reasonable and off I went. Walking in, the place smelled of smoke and was quite dirty and old looking, the shop looked in disarray and dingy. Again,Tony came off as helpful and reassured me that they would not disappoint. I was desperate and figured, what have I got to loose. Well, let me say that I am quite happy with this place. The repairs were done in a reasonable amount of time and the cost was more than fair. Tony explained why it happened, what they did and how he was able to correct the issues and reroute the wires to avoid it from happening again. When it comes to this place, you can't judge this place by its cover. The repairs were done correctly, cost of the service was fair and they were upfront and honest. I would recommend giving Tony a call for any light body repairs or straight forward mechanical repairs including electrical repairs. They don't do any paint detailing and I don't know how they do with electronic repairs such as check engine stuff, but so far so good.

***BUYER BEWARE***…read more We bought a Mazda 3 from Achilles Mazda and were upsold on a $1100 body scratch/rust and interior package, where we were explicitly told that ANY and ALLALL scratches or interior tears will be fixed by this dealership. Additional to that, the to make sure there were no misunderstandings, I asked if I should bring the car in per scratch, the lady explained to let them build up and come say, once a year to get them all done at once. Not bad, eh? Not true. When we went to take the car in for scratch repair, we were told that this was not the case and were given a touch up pen for our troubles. Whatever portion of the package was for the scratches, was essentially the price of that pen. The gentleman who gave us the pen explained that we were one of a number of customers claiming the same terms of the package. I called Achilles personally to not only report the misinformation, but to be reimbursed the cost of the package, as we wouldhave never purchased it unless the scratch portion of the package was included. At first, Achilles was willing to investigate and return our call in a week. Fast forward two weeks. No call. I called back to know the progress of the investigation. Achilles said it was still being looked at and to expect a call in a week. Patiently, I agreed. Fast forward 10 days. No call. Calling back to the dealership, Achilles was now less willing to help and clearly irate, which told me he found what he hoped he wouldn't and further hoped we would go away. Brashly, Achilles told me he would call me in a week. Not this time. I insisted he give me an answer and my money. He at first refused, to which I told him I'd be there in 5 mins. When I arrived, Achilles was out front of the dealership with my money, yelling, no, screaming, at me, telling me to never return to that dealership - all because I asked for either what I paid for, or my money back. Nothing more. If you, a) want honest service, or b) what you paid for, this is not your dealership. After must investigation, we found out this is characteristic of this dealership and Achilles as an owner. HE WILL NOT HONOR HIS WORD WITHOUT A FIGHT. As a recommendation, drive the extra 10km to Oakville if you like the vehicle. They care. I've been and very much enjoy their service.

Because our insurance company was giving us the gears with the payout, delaying and delaying the cheque needed to pay, Auto Finance Team was willing to hold the vehicle. They were genuinely feeling our frustration and certainly did not have to put up with the problems we were experiencing. Angie was our "go to" person and assured us every step of the way that the vehicle would be ours. Even though at times we thought that we could no longer keep them waiting. The entire team was on our side. They really did care about our dilemma. I have never experienced such customer service anywhere, ever. Compared to Manitoba - similar condition cars or cars with more mileage were $5000 more. He promised a very nice car in top shape and the car drives excellently. Shipping to Winnipeg via third party went well and car arrived in Winnipeg in fabulous condition (thank you Livingston Freight). Crystal Auto Mart, and the owner, are great to deal with and we would highly recommend that you give them a chance when looking for a luxury car. Our car is a BMW from his selection.

What great service! I went to my local VW dealership for an Adaptive Cruise Control code. They…read morescanned the vehicle and told me the camera was bad and VW doesn't make the part anymore. They suggested using XeMODeX to repair it even though they are in Canada...they had several customers who had successfully used their service. I am in California and the thought of shipping my camera to Canada to get repaired seemed a little sketchy. I went on the website and the process seemed really mapped out and straight forward. I followed the instructions, was emailed shipping info and label. I packaged the part and dropped it at UPS. It got there fast and the turn around time was very fast. The longest part of the whole process was getting it back from UPS but in total I don't think it was even two weeks from the time I started the process. My husband reinstalled the camera. No alignment needed!!! The dealership was going to charge me $500 to realign if we had of used them to facilitate with XeMODeX...thankful the website was clear even about that little detail that the dealership wouldn't have told us! I had 2 vehicles that had cracks in the windshield. Speedy repaired both of them…read more I had them come to the house free of charge and repair my windshields in my garage. They can do it outside as long as its not raining. I was given a timeslot on a Saturday from 1:30pm to 3pm. "Phil" the technician was great. He called me 30 minutes before he arrived (called at 1:00pm) and arrived on time. He does a check with you around your car looking for any pre-damage and then gets right to work. As for the price. When you call the number, 905 876-4785, you get routed to a call center. The first price was super high, but you are able to haggle a bit on the price. I had two cars being done. (A Toyota Matrix and a Kia Rhondo). The initial quoted price for the Rhondo was $450 and in the end I ended up at $340. The Toyota ended up at $310. If I paid a few bux more than some other quoted prices around town, I am ok with it. The service and workmanship was excellent. I would use them again without hesitation. Just call around for prices before you call the call center.
