Cooksville Hyundai is horrible to deal with. I dealt with both the Service Manager and General…read moreManager. Neither one was helpful to solve the issue with my car. They recommended we spend money on a diagnostic test for an intermittent flashing oil light. The test was supposed to take approximately two hours. It took closer to 7.5 hours with no communication other than the phone calls I made to get updates. They did not want to solve the problem. They were unhelpful. They encouraged me to keep spending more money with no solution. I bought my car from this dealership, but never again would I deal with them.

I brought my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid to Cooksville Hyundai for a recall engine replacement…read more Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely poor and the work appears incomplete. Communication Issues: The service team did not return calls despite multiple follow-ups. Updates were inconsistent, and I often went days without hearing back. Service Quality Concerns: After the recall engine swap, the vehicle was returned with new issues that were not present before. Additional repair estimates (belt tensioner, ignition coils, serpentine belt) were presented after the recall repair, even though these problems appeared only after their work. Technical Issue: Diagnostic trouble codes P0C17 (Drive Motor A Position Sensor Not Learned) and P0A4C (Generator Position Sensor Circuit) were found. According to Hyundai's own service bulletins, these codes occur when the position sensor learning procedure is not completed after an engine replacement. This indicates that Cooksville Hyundai failed to complete the calibration properly during the recall work. Management Response: When I raised concerns, the General Manager dismissed my complaint, told me to "take the car elsewhere," and suggested I remove my negative review instead of resolving the problem. I found this response unprofessional and hostile, especially since the issue directly relates to recall repair work. Outcome I Am Seeking: Proper completion of the required calibration procedure using Hyundai's GDS tool. Assurance that recall work was done correctly and safely. Accountability for poor communication and unprofessional treatment.

April 20th 2023 I purchased a certified 2015 Mitsubishi Mirage ES from Leopard Mortors. 218,000 Km…read morefor $6999.00 The sales guy told me this car is perfect, you won't have any problems with this car!! Safety Certificate, new All Season Tires, front pads and rotors. At pickup. Driving home the car is noisy, sluggish, steering wheel vibrates, which continued till Jan 20/24. One week after ownership car has a starting issue which goes on into early May when check engine light comes on. OBD reader code P0340 Camshaft Positioning Sensor, they replaced it. July my front wheels are grinding on/off as I'm slowing down. They checked it out said no issues. August squeaky noisy front breaks. They put on a new set of front pads and rotors and this time they were new as the rotors were clean and new looking. On Pickup Car day the rotors were old and rusty. So they did not actually put new pads and rotors on as part of safety, like they said! September the cars grinding much louder. Took it to a different shop to find out the car is unsafe and front drivers wheel bearing needs to be replaced immediately because the wheel is about to fall off! So I did. October car won't start again on/off Leopard sent a tow truck to get the car, they had it for two weeks and supposedly replaced the engine with a used one with less mileage. No paper proof of this! November noise and bounce in the rear when I get in the car. I mentioned this noise a few times to Leopard. Reply, no issues! Took it to another shop and findings were rear shocks need replacing, so I did. December check engine light comes on, shows P0420 oxygen sensor/catalytic convertor. January I'm getting winter tires put on and the technician points out a bent front rim (inside) they do an alignment check it fails. All this time I've only had one front wheel aligned. I did the alignment and tire rotation, bent rim on the back. Now the car drives better than it ever has, not too sluggish and steering wheel not vibrating nearly as much. Leopard Motors sold me an overpriced car with a lot of expensive issues. Which I'm sure they new about. Did they get it from auction or a scrap yard They convinced me to buy the A-protect Luxury warranty for $1299.00 plus tax, saying you have "nothing to lose" this warranty covers everything! But later on denies the statement. This warranty package has yet to cover a thing. Do not buy that warranty! Waste of money. I do not recommend that you buy a car here but if you do, take it elsewhere for servicing. P.S Sales Manager/Owner, Sorry doesn't cut it!! And don't call me and ask me to remove the review just because you fixed a few things that should have been done before you sold the car for double it's worth!!
