Let me preface this review by mentioning I worked in the car business for over 5 years, specifically wholesaling cars to dealers. So, I have met all kinds of people in the retail dealership space. I HIGHLY recommend Carbeeco to anyone looking to purchase their next car. The first thing they did was show me the vehicle history on Carfax!! Who does that?!? No one!! Eric, who was the first person to help me when I called inquiring about the BMW X7 that I was looking into was one of the most personable, kindest and relatable Salesperson I have ever dealt with. He followed up promptly, worked to make sure I had ALL the information I needed to make this decision, and made me feel like a king when I was there. Offering myself and son water, snacks, there was even a basketball court out front for my son to play on. Rob, who is the GM, had such great knowledge and wisdom, even outside car sales (we talked about Solar on houses). We had such a great conversation and he made the whole process, seamless. I never felt pressured, uneasy, taken advantage of, or anything that would turn me away from the sales process. If you ever are looking for a new car save yourself the hassle, the haggle, the back and fourth, and having to throw up a defense because you feel that grimy sales pitch is coming on, and GO TO CARBEECO! You will not be disappointed!

Buyer Beware - Terrible Experience with Carbeeco I purchased a 2022 BMW M4 from Carbeeco as a birthday gift to myself on February 10th, and my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. My sales rep, Louis, and the finance guy, Rob, were involved in the transaction. I bought the car without any negotiation on price due to their "No Negotiation" policy. However, after I drove the M4 home and parked it in my driveway, I noticed huge, deep scratches on the carbon fiber roof, which were not visible at the dealership (it was dark when I picked up the car). At home, under bright flood lights, the scratches were glaringly obvious. I immediately texted Louis to let him know about the damage, but I didn't receive a response for two days. When I followed up, Louis told me there was nothing he could do. I then asked him to escalate the issue to his manager, and Rob finally reached out to me three days later. Rob asked if there was any way the damage could have occurred on my drive home, but I assured him the car had been in my possession the entire time, and I even have camera footage to prove it. Rob said he would investigate the matter and get back to me, but I haven't heard from him since February 18th. I continued reaching out to Louis, but all I received was the occasional "Sorry, Rob is busy, he'll call soon," with no actual follow-up. The last response I got was on February 28th, and since then, I've been completely ignored. After spending $90,000 on a car, I expected top-tier customer service. Instead, I've been met with silence and complete disregard. All I wanted was help in resolving this issue, but now I'm left with a damaged vehicle and no solution in sight. I am incredibly disappointed in Carbeeco's lack of professionalism and poor customer service. If they treat me this way after a significant purchase, I can only imagine how they'll treat others in a similar situation. I strongly urge anyone considering buying from them to be cautious. I plan to escalate this further, possibly with my credit card company as a "Product not as decribed" or through a formal complaint with the BBB and all social media platforms. Carbeeco, please contact me ASAP to resolve this issue.

This is the way car buying should be! Eric at Carbeeco was accommodating, transparent, and had excellent communication throughout our buying experience of a beautiful Porsche Cayenne. They have an amazing selection of pristine, well selected cars that are priced very competitively. Love the business model here and really appreciated the no hassle approach, and post sale support. Visit the dealership and you will come away very impressed, especially if you are a car enthusiast!

Bets car buying experience hands down. If you want to get in and out with no pressure and a super quality car this is the place to be!! Ask for Jake and Zi they will help you on the sales side an make sure Miko does your financing!! All around great experience!!

I have never come across a dealership like this. You walk in and it is a completely different feel. Started the process online and Eric reached out to me right away in regard to the car I was inquiring about. He put up with my hectic schedule and back and forth nonsense haha. I went in and seen the car on a Friday night and he helped run all numbers. I decided I wanted to sleep on it and he allowed me to do so without pressure. Next day he followed up letting me know someone else was interested and helped me secure the car. I was skeptical to Zelle money when not being present but I am happy I did as every payment was accounted for and it was not a scam. They had my car detailed and paperwork ready at the time I said I would be there to pick the car up so I walked in and deal was closed in 20min. They had a huge selection as well. My amazing 2015 Lexus LS460 from Carbeeco!

First off, let me start with my salesperson, Zee. He was AMAZING throughout the whole entire process with acquiring this vehicle. I was quite unsure about how to go forward with a major financial decision like this, but Zee made everything fully aware to me over the phone, with in-depth details of the vehicle. He excellently answered every single question that I had with zero hesitations! As I walked in, I was happily greeted by their friendly receptionist, and they even offered snacks and drinks as I waited for my salesperson. I was not sure if I was going to buy the car that day, but I was NOT pushed to buy the car nor shrugged off about buying it either. The car was EXACTLY as described on the post, and might I add, looked way better in person than I expected. The process of buying was very swift and professional, from Zee talking more details on the vehicle, and their finance crew explaining and discussing things very clearly. The vehicle was washed and even fully gassed for me! I had a few more questions on the vehicle a couple hours after I purchased it, and the response time was within minutes! Their communication is superb and should not go unnoticed. My experience at Carbeeco was AMAZING and they most definitely have great care for their customers. I would 1000% buy from them again!!!

I really wanted and intended to write a five star review of OC Autosource because initially I liked…read morethe owner, Tony Thompson and trusted him. I ignored other reviews and purchased my dream car from OC Autosource...a Bentley Continental GT Speed "Limited Le Mans Edition" (#7 of 48) coupe. Though the car had been in his hands for weeks, he apparently never bothered to have a mechanic look at it. I paid for a PPI (Pre-Purchase Inspection) after buying it (my bad, don't make this mistake) and learned the truth about the car. The front grills had sustained damage, breaking off the tabs that hold them in place and subsequently been GLUED back on. The front left wheel had a crack in it which caused the tire to steadily lose air pressure, ultimately triggering an alert on the car's dash. This alert effectively froze the computer, making it impossible to use the navigation, listen to music or do anything else. I returned to the tire shop 3 times for refills, seven days later the alarm was triggered again, On my third visit they discovered the crack in the wheel. The exhaust system was loosely hanging on...missing brackets that secure it and prevent it from hanging low. The car has a 20 speaker, $7500.00 sound system but the blown speaker in the dash made it painful to use...like nails on a chalkboard. When I provided Tony proof of these flaws, he assured me he would make good on the repairs and "..do the right thing" and I believed him. I had everything fixed at a cost of $2637.79 (parts & labor) and now enjoy driving the car. Weeks passed and Tony never contacted me until I posted a review and filed a BBB complaint. 24hrs after posting my initial review & filing a BBB complaint, I got reimbursed the total amt for the aforementioned repairs. But because Tony asked me to "...remove all the negative you put out there" I feel this was mere damage control rather than his desire to do the right thing because I received more messages from him within 24hrs of posting my review than I received in the preceding 4 months.. I promised him an honest review on my first visit to OC Autosouce & that's what this is. I always keep my word. If you intend to purchase a car from OC Autosource, I suggest you demand a PPI be conducted before you buy. Have the cost of any repairs necessary be deducted from the purchase price and handle the repairs yourself. JMO...I could be wrong.

Terrible experience! I came to Newport Lexus for the first time because they were running a special…read moreon brakes: $339 for front brakes and resurfaced rotors. I show up to my appointment 5 minutes early and I have to wait in my car for almost 20 minutes because the advisor I was assigned to was busy with another customer. She finally gets me checked in. She tells me she doesn't have a loaner car for me yet, but here you don't usually have to wait more than 30 minutes for someone to return their loaner. After an hour and a half of waiting, I get a text from her apologizing for the extended wait, and still no loaners have returned yet. I asked her roughly how much longer it would be and she didn't know. After more than 2 hours of waiting, I received another text from her apologizing yet again, saying she's going to change my appointment to a "wait" appointment, and she's asking for my car to be expedited because no other loaner cars have come back yet. This was getting ridiculous. I replied back, telling her that I'm basically stuck waiting because I have no other choice, even though this wasn't what I agreed to. I didn't bring my laptop with me because when I booked the appointment, I was told they can usually get me a loaner car fairly quickly if one isn't available at the time of my appointment. After being stranded for more than 3 hours waiting in their freezing cold waiting room, I asked an employee if he had any updates on my car. The response was, "No. You should check with your service advisor." I watched so many other "wait" customers come and go in the waiting lounge area. So, apparently, waiting for the first 2 hours was nothing but a waste of my time, while all the other "wait" appointments were prioritized over mine. Even though I dressed in layers and brought a protein snack and water, I was still freezing cold from the a/c blasting in the waiting area. I wandered outside and found a random chair on the side of the building. It was warmer outside than inside. I received another text with a link from the technician. I click on it, and it says that additional work is needed on my car. This was alarming, because I had literally just gotten a 60k tune-up on my car at South County Lexus the week before! I watched the video, and the tech doesn't mention any additional work needed. So I'm already upset and in hot water for being forced to wait; now I'm left hanging, not knowing what else is wrong with my car. That's when my advisor calls me and apologized for everything that had gone wrong that day. She said that these things don't normally happen. I told her about how vague the video was, and I'm surprised to see that I need additional work done. She clarified that my back brakes are at 5 mm; it's nothing urgent. She told me that she's just as upset as I am, and that she was out last week sick with food poisoning, and she's very disappointed to return to work and deal with such a mess. I told her that my day is basically ruined and I just needed to leave ASAP. She said my car is almost ready and to give her 10 minutes so it can be washed. Another 40 minutes go by. No call. No text. At this point, I'm almost in tears. I force myself to go back inside to see what the holdup is. Of course, no one knows anything. So I walked over to my advisor's cubicle and asked her where my car was. She told me that her manager is taking care of everything and asked me to return to the waiting lounge, and that her manager would come talk to me. I go sit and wait yet again. Another 20 minutes pass, and no manager comes and talks to me. Instead, my service advisor comes over and tells me my car is finally ready. She looked visibly upset. I told her, "You guys can't keep my car hostage like this." She said that's not what they were doing, and admitted that she just got done yelling "at everyone." Then she goes into how she was out for a week with food poisoning again, mentions how she works on commission, and has a 10-year-old girl at home. I told her that I was sorry she got sick, but was a little confused about why she was telling me these other things. The ultimate insult was when she took only 10% off my bill for all the drama that happened that day. I asked, "Really? Only 10%? That's the best you can do after *everything* that happened today?" She gave me 20% instead. At this point, I was so exhausted, upset, and still freezing cold. I felt dizzy, drained, and my phone was about to die. I finally got to pay, sign, and get into my car and leave. This dealership is an absolute trainwreck on every level. And while I understand that loaner cars aren't guaranteed, employees shouldn't mention that loaners are returned every 30 minutes or so. Because this sets an expectation. And if that were the case, then roughly 7-8 loaner cars would have returned in the 4+ hours I was forced to wait. But not even one was returned.
