After the full first workday, I understood that the technicians and mechanics had been busy. However, later the following week, I had left my vehicle there for an entire weekend. After the weekend, they handed me the key to my car saying they would relay me all the information on the car. They never did so I called and apparently there was no record of any work being done and they told me to go in again so they can do it again. after the final service they never addressed anything about the noise, just regular oil and wheel maintenance information. Very irresponsible, unprofessional, annoying, and unreliable. Also Very overly expensive!

They were very adamant on ensuring that I felt like I wasn't being ripped off, which was reassuring. After my dad checking out the situation and him approving I felt even better. The day of pick-up was easy. The guy at the counter asked for my driver's license and credit card, explained some things and was out of there in less than 10 minutes! He was very pleasant, walked over to the rental truck, checked fuel level, and explained the return process since it was after the shop closes. The truck was very clean and brand new. It had less than 200 miles! The price was $19.95 for rental, $0.79/mile and $10 for insurance. It was a great deal for a quick 4-hour rental to pick up a new couch. The couch fit wonderfully on the bed (with some extra room which made it easy for unloading), and the best thing was, the bed was super clean! For a quick rental, I will definitely think of this place first and I might even come here for my automotive needs and maintenance as well because the staff were so nice.
