Excellent place. Been getting my oil changed, wipers replaced, and other fluids topped off here for years and multiple cars. Today I pulled in and asked if they could reattach a plastic piece that was dragging on the bottom of my car. They got right under the car, fixed it, and sent me on my way free of charge. They are always friendly and, although sometimes pushy of upgrading, always efficient and quick with the oil change. Great place, will keep coming back! read more

Went in for basic oil change. Saw a banner for $ 26.99 and thought that was reasonable. Pulled in and was told about 20 minute wait. Thought that wasnt bad and went ahead and registared. It wasn't until then were we told it was $41.00. Keep in mind it was just for basic 10W30 oil and a oil filter for a 2008 equinox. They could not tell us why the price was so much different, than what the banner said outside. The banner had no time restrictions or exclusions listed on it. We asked for our keys back and left without getting the oil changed. My concern was that no one could tell us the reason for price difference. It was misleading. read more

They scratched the fender of my new car. I just bought it weeks before, had less than 10,000 miles on it. I noticed the scratch before I left Jiffy Lube and told them. They asked me to come back to have it repaired, so I did. They couldn't repair it and asked me to come back again. They STILL couldn't fix it and gave me the chemical to fix myself. I went to get my oil changed and my radiator flushed. I arrived at the location at 330pm. The 3 employees working (Kelsey, Raeanne, and Frank) all came out to greet me and asked what I needed. I explained that my engine was running a hair hot so I wanted to get the radiator flushed and I was also due for an oil change. Frank brought my car right in and I went into the waiting area with Raeanne. She checked me in fast and assured me that I would be able to use the coupons that I had for the services that I needed. During the flush Frank noticed that I was leaking a little coolant and alerted me to the issue. He explained things to me so that I could call my husband and mechanic. This is something, that if left unchecked, could have caused me to have my car overheat and possibly seize up the engine. I was able to go to Autozone and buy the part for $32. I can't tell you how refreshing it was to have an HONEST experience at a mechanic. Frank was AMAZING (whatever they are paying him, it's not enough). Kelsey was very polite (I honestly didn't interact with her much but she was very nice when I did). Raeanne was also awesome. She was patient and kind and explained things well (I am not a car person). This was a Sunday and they were closed at 4 but Raeanne and Frank stayed till 445 to make sure I was taken care of correctly. Unless there is no one there and all the bays are open do not go here for an oil change unless you have hours to burn. There is nothing "Jiffy" about this place. I have been taking 3 cars that I own to this jiffy lube for the last few years. Always deal with the up sale and say no so that's not that big of a deal. This place has been getting worse and worse. We waited for an hour patiently and a lady came in 30minutes after us and complained she had a birthday party to be at. They pulled her car in before ours without asking us. One bay had been open for 30 minutes and remained empty. They cleaned the windows on a car 3 times over another 10 minutes an I guess took a break. After all of this they told us it would be another 10 minutes before they could get to our car and they wanted to let us know as a curtesy. I said we are good we are leaving. Went to Christian Brothers 1 mile away got oil change in 20 minutes and didn't have to deal with all the up sale stuff you deal with routinely at jiffy lube. I would not recommend read more

Honestly the whole time I was there, everyone was so condescending and rude. They didn't even give me the service that I needed, and I wasted my money. The woman who spoke to me was beyond rude the whole time. I wasn't the only person that thought so, the other woman in the waiting room felt fbe same way. I would NEVER EVER go here again. I have previously been going to the walmart auto center for my oil change only to be disappointed with extremely long wait times. I went to the Arnold jiffy lube for a basic oil change and was very pleased with my 20 min wait time and my great service. im bad with names and i don't remember who helped me but a man helped me and explained to me my factory recomened maintnece as well as what they saw that needed to be done. he offered me new air filter and i declined because i know how to do that myself so it was just a basic oil change. the girl that checked me out verified if i still want my oil changes every 3000 miles and i said yes. she also asked me if i had any questions or if there was anything they could have done better i said no. needless to say i will be back at the Arnold jiffy lube for my next oil change. read more

Stellar experience!! I was quickly greeted even though there were about 5 cars ahead of me. The employees treated me like a guest in their home - holding doors, conversations in the lounge, and even great quality coffee! I went for an oil change and did not feel pressured when they presented each oil to me. They took the time to explain manufacturer recommendation and nothing felt like they were making a sale. Each employee I spoke with listened well and were extremely professional, clean, and quick.
