Stopped into Jiffy Lube 8/1 on Watson for an oil change. I was immediately greeted and they started on my service within a minute. They even re-attached my skid plate as a courtesy since it wasn't re-attached at the dealership I had it serviced last. 100% recommend, very nice, clear on pricing, professional, and thorough while being quick. Will be back!! Thanks again to Ken, Will, Jb, Jordan, and Roy!! read more

STAY AWAY FROM THIS JIFFY LUBE -- THEY DESTROYED MY ENGINE AND TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY. I took my 2017 Ford Escape--my reliable, well-maintained vehicle with ZERO prior issues--to Jiffy Lube on December 19, 2024, for a simple oil change. That was the beginning of a nightmare. Three days later, on December 22, after driving only 37 miles, my car suddenly lost power on the highway and began spewing blue-gray smoke. I was forced to pull over and have it towed to Dobbs Tire and Auto Center. What Dobbs found was shocking: the engine was coated in black, dirty oil, and they drained over 6 quarts--despite my vehicle only holding 4.3 quarts total. The dipstick showed oil filled over an inch above the full line. The mechanic explained that the excessive oil fouled the spark plugs, destroyed the catalytic converters, and permanently ruined the engine. Even after replacing plugs and trying to clean it up, the car died again on a test drive. Diagnosis: engine completely destroyed. I immediately brought this to Jiffy Lube's attention. Their response? Blame everyone but themselves. They claimed they only put in the right amount of oil and pointed fingers at Dobbs--without ever speaking to the mechanic or inspecting the damage. Just outright denial, despite the clear timeline and mechanical evidence. Let's be real: my car worked perfectly before Jiffy Lube touched it. It died 37 miles later, drowned in oil. And now I'm left with a dead engine and thousands in losses. If you value your vehicle, your time, and your money--DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE. Jiffy Lube's negligence cost me a car, and their refusal to take any responsibility is shameful. read more

The service is always done well by friendly staff. They remember me when I come in and take great care of me!

I came in with a fleet vehicle , I received quick and professional service that was completed before the approval came through which was denied by the fleet owner because they have a preferred vender . I was unaware and manager JP was understanding and let me go without charging me for a company vehicle. JB was very friendly and though he didn't make money on this sale I will continue to bring my personal vehicles here and recommend this business to all my family , associates and friends. read more

Jiffy Lube - Jiffy lube - Oil Change Stations Near Me - Shrewsbury, Missouri

Went there for an oil change, these guys charged you for something they can't even explain what the charge was for. Ridiculous.

I went in for a oil change. Sat there for 15 minutes thinking they're doing what they're supposed to be doing. After I'd been there they advised me they don't have my oil I have to wait another 15 minutes for them to get my oil. Explain to them this is a new car please make sure that everything is topped off. Advise me if I needed anything or looked out of the ordinaryf. Had to ask them if my air filters were okay. Then I asked if they were going to reset my oil light. And they told me it was too hard they didn't know how. Okay I googled it and did it. I thought this is what they do. Get in my car there is no washer fluid in it. So now I can't trust that they checked any of my fluids. So unprofessional. 136 for my oil change and I don't even washer fluid. read more

Jiffy Lube is the only place I will take my car to get an oil change and I particularly like this location because of their friendly staff. Receiving quick and efficient service on my vehicle is key when I know I will have my kids in the car, so I'm really careful about where we go. Thank you for everyone at this location for always being on the ball! read more

Antwon, Thomas, Kristen, and Alex were super great in getting me taken care of! They have a 10 off coupon as well! Super nice team that was very thorough. This was a great oil change! read more

The professionalism and knowledge of the team was top notch. Will go out of my way from now on to bring all my vehicles to this location.

My first oil change at a jiffy lube and they exceeded my expectations from all around service, not trying to upsell but also letting me know what they thought should be done. I even had to go back to have my cabin air filter looked at and the did everything to figure out what was going on and try to make it right. Thank you Wes for all your hard work and you deserve the review/recognition. read more

They were quick, courteous, informative but not pushy. I go out of my way to come to this specific location. read more

Pressured to buy most expensive option, passive aggressive insults, putting words in my mouth, forgetting my coupon. Horrible experience. Felt like I had to advocate for myself, like I was under attack. His demeanor overall did not make me feel safe. read more

Went in for an oil change and an ac recharge. The oil change went fine, but I he tech told me that he did not know how to do an AC recharge, but that his manager would be in later that day after 3:00 p.m. if I came back they said they could recharge my AC then. I came back around 4:00 p.m. that day the person at the store told me it would take just a little while but he would get it done. After waiting over 45 minutes he came back to me and told me he couldn't work the machine. Just plain unacceptable. read more

Usually when an establishment gets it right, they officially get pinned to my "Ana's Go-To's" list. This particular location just does it for me. If you're like me, automotive costs are NOT the tea. I hate it. I hate car maintenance, purchasing a car, etc. Yall, it's just not for me. So, when I have to put my big girl panties on and do this adulting thing, I stick with what works. The guys at this Watson location are awesome. They're efficient, friendly and direct. My disdain for car maintenance doesn't blind my judgement, though. My mother taught me a lot about cars, so even though I get bothered by it, I'm able to talk shop and assure them what I'm here for. I have no problem with saying "no" and telling them what I want -- and they listen. The guys do try to get you to make other changes for your car, lol. Wipers, fluid, filters, they are on it. But, that's their job. I'm usually just here for the standard oil change needs. If your ever in the area, bring your vehicle in for some city limit lovin'. read more

Had a great experience at this location. I go here every time they are nice, accommodating and efficient. Felt very respected and taken care of. Thank you Watson road location! read more

They always do a great job taking care of my vehicle & being honest about things. Very trustworthy, reliable place!

Kevin at this store gave me amazing service. I just left a Collision Center down the street and had driven a few miles and I realize my tire pressure lights were on. The gas station across the street had no air and so I drove into Jiffy Lube in without a moment hesitation Kevin jumped in with the most impeccable service skills and took care of my car. Yes ma'am, no ma'am, my pleasure, and we've got you taken care of...is all I heard from Kevin. Great service! read more

Wow. I was not expecting this level of courtesy and service from a Jiffy Lube, even after reading all of the Yelp reviews. They genuinely appreciate their customers here and give them the royal treatment! The employees were so friendly, and I was greeted enthusiastically right away with one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen (a welcome sight on a cold, rainy winter day). My car was in and out in almost no time at all since it wasn't a busy day. They do offer upgrades to services here, but they were not pushy at all (something I am always afraid of whenever I go to get an oil change), and some of the prices were actually quite reasonable. I did not feel any pressure to opt for any of the add-ons. I will be recommending this location to any of my friends needing an oil change. read more

I was due for an oil change, and I'm usually apprehensive when going to a mechanic I've never been to. However, Thomas put my mind at ease and was transparent about everything going in in my car. He even gave me a coupon for 13 dollars off my purchase. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! I've been to a lot of car mechanic shops in the STL area and this one is by far the best. Come give these guys a visit! read more

My closest location was the one on Laclede Station Rd, and they had told me they were closing permanently and referred me to this location on Watson - even called them to give them a heads-up. The techs here were #1 on customer service. Very friendly, made me very welcomed and treated me like royalty. They happened to notice an issue with one of my tires - even though I don't think that's part of what they're required to - and showed it to me and gave me a recommendation. In addition, they were done with the oil change super-fast, so I guess they lived up to their name. I will definitely keep coming back to this location even though there are oil change places closer to where I live. I trusted the people at my old location, and I feel they gave me a good recommendation when they suggested this place. read more

Quick, friendly service. The technician I spoke with (Richard) came across as genuine and honest. They also allowed me to bring my dog inside while I waited. The waiting area is pretty bland, but no different than any other auto service shop. Jiffy Lube offers discounts on their website, so be sure to check your location's discount offers before paying! Also, they offer customers to return anytime before their next oil change is due for free services (putting air in tires, etc.) The price of the oil change seemed high, but I don't know enough about oil change prices to say for certain. Being able to return for some of the maintenance services may offset the high cost of the oil change. If I couldn't find a less expensive option, I would certainly return and recommend. read more

I was treated with the utmost respect and honesty. The job was done very quickly. They did not pressure me to buy anything I did not need, which I have had happened at other Jiffy Lubes. The man that checked me out was also incredibly professional. I will definitely come back here even though the prices are higher than local mechanics because the service was so good. I don't know if other Jiffy Lubes are this good in the area. The ones I've been to before we're not. But this one is great. It doesn't look like much though, but that's not the point. The point is great service. Five stars. read more

JB and the crew were amazing. From the moment I pulled up I knew things would be running smoothly today. I had my oil changed, tires rotated and coolant added. The team was very efficient and had me in and out in little under 30 mins. The waiting area was clean and on par with what you would expect at a Jiffy Lube. I have used Jiffy Lube while traveling and have never had an issue. This location in Shrewsbury I would recommend. TIP- check online for $13-$15 off your next oil change or for any coupons that may apply to your servicing needs. read more

Twice now I've come to this location and been helped by Anthony. Both times he was incredibly helpful. He points out services he thinks would be helpful, but I never feel overly pressured. As long as Anthony continues to work here, I'll continue to come. read more

Great Service, In and Out, very knowledgeable. My Oil change went so fast, everyone was hands one. 5 Stars

I used to have to practice my don't F with me face before I headed over to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. It's worth getting in and out quickly without needing an appointment, but they always tried to scare you in to thinking you needed all kinds of additional service and add ons. That's the old Jiffy Lube. They finally figured out that people hated that and, although they still offer suggestions, a simple "no thanks" or "maybe next visit" suffices and they let you go on your merry way. Along with your oil change, they wash your outside windows, vacuum, fill your tires and top off all of your fluids. You're usually in and out in about 15 minutes (less if you go early in the morning and a little more if you go when it's busy). If you do decide to get any of the additional services, they do those fast too (and no appointment needed). They also usually offer to trim $10 dollars of so off the price if you get the service with your oil change. They recently started offering tire rotation for like $21.95. I will definitely take advantage of that in the future. read more

JB and his team are the gem of St Louis. They know what they're doing and always place the customer first.

JB welcomed me in immediately. He set me up pretty quick with my oil change and walked me through additional services that were available if I wanted them. He explained everything thoroughly. I definitely recommend this location if you need an oil change or any other routine maintenance on your car. read more

Super fast service, they had me stay in the car and no concern about COVID since they had me operate the vehicle the whole time.

I got my last oil change at this Jiffy Lube, and immediately suspected they did not actually change my oil. I was told my car was done well before it could possibly have been if changing the oil. The car ran worse after I brought it in than before. Today, I brought my car in for a change at a different business, and lo and behold, they told me I was right, and I saw the nasty oil with my own two eyes. Car purrs now. I am disgusted at the owner/employees of this Jiffy Lube location, and would not recommend it or any Jiffy Lube location to anybody. Shame on you. Edit: I'm reading other reviews on other sites too. This does not seem like an uncommon complaint, and apparently Jiffy Lube has sent someone to other people's houses to get them to try to take down reviews??! That's nuts. If you don't want bad reviews, don't rip people off. I am thiiiiis close to contacting corporate/BBB/the cops frankly already. Don't even think about violating my privacy and misusing my personal information by coming to my home. That's messed up. Im showing restraint by not posting to other review sites as well, and thats restraint you do not deserve for defrauding customers. Because that is what you did to me, and Im sure so many more, you committed fraud and you stole my money. Even more shame on you, Jiffy Lube. read more

Was checked in quickly and waiting area was clean. Had an oil change, shot of coolant and tail-light replaced. Was in and out within 20-30 minutes. Everyone was very pleasant. read more

Aren't they all the same? Well, evidently not. Here there is No high pressure, great suggestions, came up with a big discount, got me in and out quickly. They also had to install an inexpensive filter that took 30 minutes to replace and charged me no labor. Conscientious. read more

Second review for these guys here at this location. Professional, fast and efficient. Had to get new breaks, he quoted me a price and even threw in a coupon for a couple of bucks off! I highly recommend you bring your car into see these guys. Can't say enough good things about them. read more

Had a great experience with this location after several frustrating visits to Valvoline. The staff was friendly, efficient, and did not try to up sell me on parts or labor during an oil change and inspection. The tech did point out a worn belt, and advised me that I could purchase a replacement at Auto Zone and change it myself, rather than paying for shop labor and up-charged parts. It was SO refreshing to feel like I wasn't being taken advantage of. I will continue to be a customer of this location. read more

Jiffy Lube did a good job with my last oil change. However there definitely were a few issues. Biggest of which was the fact that all 4 of my tires were significantly low on air pressure when I left and were just fine when I arrived. They offered to 'rotate' them, I declined and mysteriously my tires lost pressure so..., oil change was fine, service not so much. read more

I don't generally use places like jiffy lube and the mainstream competitors. I usually prefer a mom and pop place but I didn't have time to make an appointment. My husband had come to this location for an oil change and had a good experience. So, I stopped in. They were friendly and polite. They will try to sell you the extras but they were polite and informative. I would suggest this location for a quick and friendly oil change. read more

I am probably going to get my oil changed here for the rest of my current car's life. As other people have noted, the staff (Geno and...Day? Dawn? I'm terrible at remembering names) were both super friendly, quick, and helpful, despite the nearly triple-digit heat. Washing and vacuuming the car were things I did not expect from a Jiffy Lube, I was shocked when she opened the door for me and ushered me back into my car. Great service. read more

Very polite, very professional staff. Clearly explained the basis of their recommendations without pressing too hard, which I greatly appreciated. Also, they gave me a discount to honor an expired promotion, which I also greatly appreciated. I will feel comfortable using them again in the future. read more

Very professional and extremely friendly! They even cleaned my windows while I was waiting!! I hate having work done in my car because I feel like being a girl they can pull stuff over in me, but they were very factual and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I will defiantly be back here for my oil changes! read more
