Great customer service and spectacular quality, especially for the price! I am always worried about getting the dog hair out of my car since I have a white dog that is constantly in my black upholstery and they get it out every time! And they get the spots that are hard to get, like under the gear shift. I will keep going back and plan to get a monthly subscription soon. read more

This car wash isn't just a car wash! My car is beautiful and shiny because of the work Darrell did on it, but more-so is the fact that Darrell was NICE to me! He was happy to be here and made me feel special instead of just another car. Thank you Darrell! read more

I rolled up 40 minutes prior to closing and they accepted me to get a full interior and exterior detail and wash for a large SUV- nice the workers came together to make sure everything was shining and clean. We had a lot of dog hair in the back and they got 99% of it (more than anyone has). The rims, interior, exterior, everything shining thank you car spa! read more

Very decent price and good service. Rafic was excellent. Highly recommended. Waiting area is very clean with free coffee and plenty of vending machines which takes both cash and apple pay. Will be back again. read more

Car Spa has been my go to for the past few years. They're always super friendly (Terry is amazing!) and do a great job with my SUV, and I feel like their prices are reasonable. I always drive off looking like I have a brand new car. Would definitely recommend! read more

Michael, Anthony and Rafic did a fantastic job to take care of my car. I was very happy from their service.

Recently took my car in for a full detail. We have had good experiences with the full detail at Car Spa in the past. This time, not so much. There was still dirty spots inside. The weather tech floor mats looked like they had just been sprayed with a water hose and then put back in. Probably going to try someplace else in the future. read more

Rafic was very useful and friendly, he was helping me through a lot and very understanding. I will be coming back here as my regular car wash. 5/5 read more

We went to get details. It was quick and easy. The staff was working in the cold and rain. Pro: service was good Maybe need to be more friendly and improve customer service. read more

Went to car spa and the price for the silver full service was affordable, plus the guys did a great job. They were busy so the wait was a bit longer than I would have thought. I'll chalk it up to them being thorough and will give them another try as they are close to home. The interior waiting area is clean and so were the restrooms. read more

Car spa did a fabulous job, they will be my go to car wash/ detail every time. Great price, fast, and thorough

I had to come in the pouring rain to get my car detailed on the inside prior to a roadtrip. I apologized to the staff that I was here in terrible weather & explained my situation. They were SO KIND & happily took me in!! One of the staff members even hand wrote on a receipt for me to return the next day for a FREE WASH since it was currently raining!!! I appreciated it so much, but had to decline the offer since that next early morning was when we were leaving town. Their customer service was wonderful. They were so down- to- earth! Their work was immaculate and spotless & the price was great Thank you, thank you, thank you! I'll be returning & recommending your facility! read more

I've had a wash pass with the car wash for about a month now. So far so good. I switched from another car wash because the equipment at the other wash was broken frequently and not repaired in a timely manner. Employees here are friendly and my car is getting clean inside and out. No complaints. read more

Prices may be slightly higher than other places for an interior/exterior wash but it's worth it. This is the first car wash that I see with a quality control process by a supervisor. The results are superior. read more

Consistently superior service and always super friendly. We have a membership and so come frequently for an exterior wash. Every time, they actually take the time and put forth the effort to get all the bugs off the front with the brush before heading in the tunnel. I have never found a place, except here, that actually goes to the passenger side of the car to prep it before the drive thru wash. Today, I added an interior wash..wow! Superb quality job! And did I mention the customer service? :) read more

After Plano location earned a customer of me, tried Allen location with my sisters' car and they also did a great job. Ka'Laundry (spelling?) was humerous and great at his job. What a deal. Both locations had polish anbd there are no swirl marks...not even on my windshield from the wiperblades. Definitley a winning team in both locations. read more

perverted workers. i'm not a karen and i have genuinely never made a review in my life but i think it's necessary. i'm 18 and came in for a regular car wash. I had a tote bag full of overnight clothes from a previous sleepover and my underwear was deep inside the bag. after the carwash was finished i went in my car... a worker came over to me and asked me my name. I was super polite, said my name and thanked him for his service. he then said "i love you so much (insert my name)". and winked at me. i laughed it off... said thank you and left. as i was leaving i gave a look around my car to see how they did and i saw my underwear was neatly placed in my back seat. layed out on the center seat. a worker had gone through my bag, grabbed my underwear... did whatever to it and then neatly placed it in my back seat like a perverted creep. not like this matters but for the people out there who are gonna ask "well what were you wearing?" i was wearing fully covered pajamas. also don't forget!!!! my clothes were in a neat tote bag and my underwear was at the very bottom. there is no reason for him to go through my bag and play with my UNDERWEAR. then neatly place it in my backseat for me to see. Unfortunately, even worse...when i was driving away...all the other male workers waved at me and smiled weirdly & then laughed with eachother. So I know he showed his worker friends. I don't even want to know what the fuck they did with my shit. but i am not exaggerating when i tell you all of this. i actually was not going to write this at all. i HATE writing reviews. i am a people pleaser. i would legit never write a bad review even if i had a bad experience. but this made me spiral & breakdown because i feel so violated. I can't even get a car wash without being sexually violatedi feel worried for future girls who might experience this too. it hurts to say this because i know this place is peoples jobs/life but i don't recommend unless you want to get violated or support men who do this. everyone else but these men were very kind and sweet. read more

Before you waste your money. READ THIS POST. We went there today. Amelia at the beginning of it was very informed and pointed us in the direction of which car wash we should get. She was so sweet and had great customer service. She is the only reason this review is getting one star, because otherwise this is the worst car wash we have ever gotten! For starters, the car went through the was in about 5 minutes. After 15 mins they called us out to get the car, but they weren't even done. The left side of our tires had been sprayed but not wiped. We had to inform the guy and he called someone over. He asked if everything looked good so we told him. I'm glad he asked. They didn't vacuum under the seats of the drivers side. They had splattered bugs all over the front, and he said he couldn't get them off.. I went with my nail and scraped it right off. The windshield has water dots all over them and there was just dust everywhere. We will not ever be coming back. Just wish TradeMark could wash Jeeps, that place is easily the best ever. read more

A bit on the pricey side but it's worth it. Great Customer service and manager Rafi was great and took great care of my car.

I brought my wife's car down, and after a short wait when they were finished it looked nearly new! She'll he happy with that. The young people did a fine job, and the manager is very professional. This is the third time used them. read more

I was looking forward to getting my car detailed before we welcomed our new baby however my experience with Car Spa was awful. I have a toddler and I know my car is messy. This is exactly why I paid to get my car done. When I picked up my car I was told how dirty it was, how long it took, and what a burden it was for the person cleaning it. On the drive home I noticed several spots that were still extremely dirty. I was not expecting perfection but it was apparent that the job was rushed or the worker didn't care. I was so disappointed because at 9 months pregnant I'm not able to go back over anything my self. A few days later we noticed my daughters IPad was missing. I do take the blame for not double checking under the seats before dropping my car off. What bothers me is Car Spa removed it from my car and did not put it back before I picked up my car. I assumed that if they came across anything while cleaning it would be returned to my car. I searched every place I could think of before calling Car Spa. They lady on the phone informed me that they did indeed have an extra iPad laying around. While I was relieved to find it I was livid because they would have kept it if I never called. I would definitely not recommend Car Spa in Allen for any reason. They appear to rush through tough jobs and any possessions they come across they will keep unless you track them down. read more

Fantastic service and amazing work detailing the inside of my vehicle. Highly recommended this car spa over others

The manager here does a great job. Should be promoted. Was able to get me in the morning, and stayed late to let me pick up my car after they closed. Truly personable experience. The manager dealt with me directly in the morning, was attentive to my requests, and recommended the perfect package. Thanks for all your help Rafic. read more

I took my filthy F250 crew cab pickup to the Car Spa in Allen for an interior clean. Even though that's a huge amount of interior to clean, it looked great. The price was reasonable compared to the place at 380 and central (Understatement) The managers name is Rafic. He adds a personal touch and has a great attitude. read more

Fantastic work! I will say, it's a bit pricy for my taste, but I did not mind in that they did a fantastic job both inside and out. I REALLY loved watching the Manager work with his crew and show them what needed to be done extra and what to spot check before sending me on my way. That's Leadership and it really does show in their work. Absolutely recommend and will be coming back soon! :) read more

This place is less than 5 minutes away from my home. I forget the young ladies name who normally checks me out. She is super welcoming and always pleasant. However, the car washing experience is not so pleasant. Everytime I go, I find myself grabbing the Vaccum and towels going over the full service wash I already paid for. I never complained as I know I can be OCD. I drive a Lexus LS and my industry expects nothing less than a clean car. Nevertheless , two days ago, the manager noticed me doing so and came over and asked to help. He even said he'd noticed me cleaning myself before and apologized. He continued, they are training new guys and yada yada... so he helped and only made the experience worse. He grabbed a towel, sprayed glass cleaner and washed the back passenger window poorly. He rushed me away quickly. My center cup holder hadn't been touched at all. The car vacuum job was poor. I lifted my rug and wanted to vomit at what I viewed under... (picture to show). Someone sprayed half of the car shine on the wheels of my car. I called the spa while leaving and asked for the GM. He was not available. I left a detailed message and requested a callback and still no callback. I really do not like writing bad reviews. However, a string of disappointments has caused me to do so. I now have to locate another car wash company and drive further as I will not go back. read more

I have needed a detail for about the past year. So my car was nasty. I got the detail package with all four services plus a few extras. The total cost was $129. For those of you who have your vehicle detailed regularly you know this is on the lower end of details as far as cost. Well, the service is NOT low end! The interior of my vehicle looks like I just drove it off the lot! The car overall was almost perfect. Just a word of advice for people expecting to leave with a new car. The price does not include clay bar or power buffing but they do offer those services at a reasonable price! This is probably the best interior detail I have ever seen. I will be back soon to get the scratches buffed out of my paint! read more

Car Spa Allen is decent for the price. For 20$ you'll have a wash, interior clean and vacuumed and tire polish. The problem however is that they take forever to get you out of there. I went there a quick wash, and for some reason it took them 35 minutes to get it done. I will say they do a pretty through job for 20$, but the wait time makes it frustrating to go here. Positives, thorough service and affordable price. Loyalty stamp card earning you credit for each visit after which you get the 9th (or tenth) free Negatives-long wait time read more

The service was great! The young lady (Dominik)who sold me my car spa package got me exactly what I needed and within the timeframe I needed my car done by. She's a great salesperson. Rafiq was great! He got all of the blemishes (tar and misc stuff) off of my car without a problem...Like magic. I will definitely be back. read more

Just an all around lazy job. Had to point out missed areas and that were missed. Then had to bring car back after pulling out of lot because they forgot to vacuum. They gave me a bunch of eye rolls when I returned. Won't be back. read more

Dropped my car off at 1:45 for express seat treatment and express interior super clean. Totaled $110 and was told it would take an hour to hour and a half. 3 hours later, no call. Pick up my car and it looks like the first 5 photos. Turn around and bring it back, manager apologizes and says to leave it there and come pick it up at 7:00. I arrive at 7:00 and they tell me it's done at 7:20. That's 5 hours and my car looks like the next 7 photos. Next morning, I come back and talk to the same manager. I don't want my car redone, I just request a partial refund. After the refund, the manager did offer to take my car back in and go over it again. I, however, declined. Nothing personal, just a busy day ahead. Manager and staff were apologetic and handled the situation as best as they could, the cleaning was just not what I expected. I will return for a simple car wash, but don't think I will be trying their detailing services again. read more

I drove up to the kiosk were you by the car wash a person came up to me and asked what I wanted I asked if I could get the exterior completely detailed and I wanted to vacuum my car out they said all that was fine went through the car wash and drove up to the vacuums just to find out they don't let people use their vacuums they do it for you which I don't trust anybody cleaning my car out especially when I have a lot takable items in my vehicle And when I confronted them about it they wouldn't even let me get out of my car to talk and I also paid for the full service and didn't get my tire shined as well as towel drying These kids really need to learn how to do their job read more

Came here for the first time. It's $20 for car wash and interior cleaning. This is a great deal when you're a slob with no time. I'll admit i've been. There was even dirt underneath the seats. We had transported sod so this car has dirt everywhere. I'll have to come back again. Hopefully, it's as consistent as it was this time. P.s. they offer a loyalty card. 10 full service washes gets you 1 free wash. Not bad. read more

This place is a really good car wash! I started comming here about 3 months ago and I am very pleased with the way they pay attention to detail and take a lot of time with my vehicle. The lead supervisor is Rafic and he inspects each car before they give it back to you. He is a great asset to this company. If you have any problems talk to him he is sure to make it right! I don't mind paying for a good car wash but I mean good and this place will not dissappoint. Keep up the good work Rafic! Gigi Davis read more
