They didn't have the model we wanted in stock. But offered us a higher end model at the same price. I thought it was too good to be true but they assured me it was. We made an appointment to see them that evening. Well, like they say, if it's too good to be true, then it probably isn't true. Sure enough, when we arrived, they wanted $5 grand more. I had spoken to Zack Coker earlier and he had offered us the model we wanted at a great price. Said they could give it to us that night. So after the horrible experience at Hendrick Honda (oops, did that slip out?), I was prepared to be disappointed once again. We arrived at 7 that night, 2 hours before closing. They assured me we could complete the transaction and go home with our car that night. Zack was off that day (but he still set up the sale) and had asked colleague Ed Haddad to meet with us. He had the contract all typed up and ready to go. We pored over it and wouldn't you know, the price was exactly as promised. I kept asking, are you sure? They were as good as their word. The finance manager (Tyler, if memory serves) made the payment process as smooth as could be. And we went home that very night with our shiny new Honda.

From the time that I arrived and test drove an SUV, purchased it with cash and still had to go and sit at the finance dept., it took 6 hours of my time to leave with the vehicle only to return to have a part replaced the next week and they ordered the wrong part. The sales person Nicholas was nothing special. Nice guy but he could have cared less about making car buying a five star experience. It should not take 45 minutes to make a sale and a whole day to drive it off the lot. I will not be returning for any other service because if buying took forever, I don't care to experience the service department.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I brought my 2024 Cadillac Lyriq back this week, but this visit was night-and-day different -- easily one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. I was fortunate to work with service advisor Chris Toskulauzidis this time, and I can honestly say he is an absolute stand-up professional. Chris was kind, attentive, and proactive from the moment I arrived. He listened carefully to every concern, kept me updated almost daily, and truly went above and beyond. He personally took my Lyriq on multiple test drives to track down the noises I was hearing and made sure everything was fixed correctly before returning the car. The master technician on Lyriqs, Brian, was equally outstanding. He diagnosed the issue perfectly, applied the latest service bulletin that Cadillac released, and completely resolved a problem that had been plaguing my car for months. Brian even took the time to explain everything to me in detail so I fully understood what was done. I was provided a comfortable loaner vehicle the entire time, and when I picked up my Lyriq it was running better than ever. To Chris Toskulauzidis, Manager Armondo Davila, and Master Technician Brian -- thank you from the bottom of my heart. You three represent what true customer service should be. You turned a previously frustrated customer into a very happy one, and you've absolutely earned my future business and my highest recommendation.
