The entire car buying process was easy and no-pressure. Great cars in excellent condition at a very fair price.

Two Days Wasted, Dishonest Staff, and a Complete Lack of Accountability…read more I brought my Nissan in with under 43,000 miles for two clear issues: * Static and input issues during Apple CarPlay phone calls * Transmission and alternator concerns identified by a certified AutoZone mechanic (both covered under my extended warranty) The service advisor, Kyle, and the service manager, Xavier, promised a diagnosis within a few hours. Instead, I waited more than 24 hours with no update, no written findings, and no rental car, because they refused to provide one without a diagnosis. When I finally got a response, they told me "no issues were found"--despite admitting they didn't even test the CarPlay properly, because the technician didn't have an iPhone. They tried to blame a vague software update and changed their story only after I pushed back. I was forced to sign a $250 diagnostic fee upfront, yet they failed to diagnose or even address the mechanical issues reported. To top it off, I asked for the General Manager's contact info and was told he couldn't be found. This place wasted two full days of my time, dismissed real warranty-covered issues, and showed zero professionalism. Everything they told me is documented in screenshots--I'll be attaching them anywhere I can post a review. I'm now taking my vehicle to a different Nissan dealership and filing a formal complaint with Nissan Corporate. If you want to be ignored, stalled, and misled--this is your place. If not, go literally anywhere else.

The customer service is solid and I have spent time waiting in the lobby as well as upstairs while the vehicle was being serviced. I don't have a set advisor to go to since all of them have been positive. I'm not much of a fan of doing other services since the dealership always charge more. I make a note of what is recommended to get done and have it done at a cheaper auto service location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Toyota dealership and wanted to share it so others…read morecan be aware!! They ran our credit then incremented the price of the vehicle by 10k! While waiting at the dealership, the salesperson Francisco allowed us to look through their in-stock used vehicle inventory on his computer. We found a 2024 Toyota RAV4 with around 41,000 miles listed at approximately $17,000. We specifically asked multiple times about that vehicle because the price seemed unusually good, and the salesperson went back and forth speaking with managers before finally telling us they would show us the car. We were told it had just arrived and had not fully gone through the system yet, but that it was available to view. We viewer the vehicle, loved it, and returned to begin the purchasing process. The dealership started paperwork and even RAN OUR CREDIT for financing. Only after our credit had already been pulled did a manager come over and tell us the vehicle had supposedly been "mislabeled" and was actually meant to be priced at around $27,000, not $17,000. At that point, instead of taking accountability for the situation, we were immediately redirected toward more expensive vehicles, including brand new cars and lease options. I understand mistakes can happen, but allowing customers to test drive a vehicle, begin paperwork, and authorize a credit inquiry before suddenly changing the price by $10,000 felt extremely misleading and unprofessional. The entire experience wasted our time, affected our credit, and left us feeling pressured into spending far more than we originally agreed to. Now when we go to purchase another car we will have negative financial consequences by this credit hit. I would not recommend this dealership super unprofessional and unethical.
