    I have had 2 bad experiences with Braman Honda. Recently, I dropped my civic off for AC repair. In…read more2023 there was a recall on the condenssors and I had it replaced. After some research I was learning the evaporaotrs were failing too, but at this time Honda corporate is refusing to cover those replacements. So when I dropped the car off I was failry certain they were going to come back and tell me it was the evaporator. I was informed at drop off the $316 diagnostic fee unless it was the condenser then it would be waived. My service rep called back later and said it was infact the evaporator and the repair was $2200. I asked the service rep if they could do any better on that price especially considering when i dropped the car off last year at Braman for routine maintencae, they missed that my front tire was MISSING 3 LUGNUTS on their "complimentary multipoint inspection" (this was my other bad expirience), which resulted in a potentially life threatening expirience when my car began wobbling during Broward county rush hour turnpike traffic. The service manager, Lidorys Boan, called me back and said he would fix the evaporator for $2100 (whoopty doo) but I still had to pay the $415 diagnostic fee too (up from $316?!?!?!) I reminded him of the previous lug nut experience, he did not care. He also informed that the estimate was only good THAT DAY when my service rep said, IN TEXT that it was good for a month. I picked up my car, paid the "diagnostic fee" and brought it to Delray honda when the service manager, Alex, waived the diagnostic fee , helped me acquire Honda Goodwill assistance and replaced the evaporator for $675!!! Braman Honda is unreliable, unsympathetic and only care about the bottom line, squeezing every last dishonest cent. I don't care if my engine was on fire in front of the Braman dealership, Ill be heading to Delray Honda.
